I enjoyed staying here, fast wifi, awesome room service, good food, and very clean rooms and pool. The pool is also very big and spacious, would recommend staying here.

Nice place for a stay. Clean rooms. 2 big pools. Nice spa. No Indian food, otherwise the food is good. Situated in a quite locality with no easy access to small stores.

I think this hotel is great , but this hotel needs to recheck each time guest gonna enter the room. I did once, i entered bathroom already, and took off clothes, wash my hair but then i didn't find any soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste and all bath equipment inside the bathroom. And i had to wait them sent it to my room with my hair wet that way. Hmm. Fix this please. It is small thing maybe, but for me it's important to us. Thankyou.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. When we arrived i already was a bit disappointed as the hotel was not what i had expected. When we went to our room, i was even more disappointed. The hotel was very old, floor was sticky, rooms smelled dirty, beds where uncomfortable, the view was awful(straight above a junk yard or whatever). But this isn’t even the worst part. When we went outside to have dinner, and we came back afterwards, we turned the lights on and there were cockroaches! I was never so disgusted in my entire life! We went downstaires and explained the situation (staff handled it quite well; friendly). Just stood there for one night and got fully refunded. I will never come back here again nor would i recommend anyone to ever visit this hotel ever ever ever again.

Nice beautiful place to stay if you want a quite place. They have shelther bus to Bali Collection and Geger Beach. Cos this hotel a bit far from mall , resto and shop. Choose the room with pool view its very nice .

this hotel have great 2 pool. but the problem is manner on front desk they forget to put our welcome voucher and waiting for long time. and how they call us? just use their head to calling us not our name. the last day they didnt check our room before check out. what if they lost their amenities?? last but not least hope this hotel give more variety on dinner lunch and breakfast. show your unique style indonesia. thank you

Nice place to stay at Nusa dua. The hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Food also exelent. Hightly Recomended.

The rooms are nicely sized but there are some areas that need maintenance an example:The bathroom sink was leaking and the door was coming off the wall.
All together it is a good hotel.

I am really disappointed with this hotel, i was in most expensive room with pool exit, room was dirty, smelly and full of moist. All stuff inside was not in good condition, bed had weird smell same as pillows and blankets, also it was dirty. This hotel have 4 stars only because of nice pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, simply its not worth of money. Anyway pool is very nice, you can use it anytime, its good for chilling and relaxing, there is volleyball net and you can ask staff for ball and they will give you one. Reason for 1 star is super bad room condition, and if you are thinking about room with pool its probably better idea not to take it, other rooms are probably better and cheaper. On check out i spoke with hotel manager and i complained about room condition, i showed him pictures and explained everything. He was polite, i actuality got compensation from hotel, they paid all bills that i had on my room (around 100€). Manager said that they will improve condition of their pool rooms.

It was our anniversary and this hotel gave us some surprises! Petal roses and swan towell on the bed... a cake and even free welcome drinks! Service is excellent. Love it!

Awesome place though the location is a little off and far from the tourist attractions. The huge pool is wonderful and the breakfast buffet has a great variety. Absolutely loved the ambience of the place. The staff is courteous and the hotel even has an option of Indian food.

Cheap hotel and really nice staff!
Stayed there for 3 weeks, and had poolaccess from my balcony. Loved it!
Unfortunately there was some damage in the hotel and swimmingpoolarea caused by the heavy rain and extremely humid weather. My bag got some mold on it after my staying, I guess I had it too near the wall. They could really need som resturation. Food was good. Alot of options fot breakfast. Different warm food everyday. Be sure to get up early, or else some food might be gone. I think it's a good thing, not having to waste alot of leftover food. Some guests were annoyed by this, but I didn't mind. I think they have the best bbq-ribs btw. The fruit unfortunately tasted like chlorin.
They offer free rides to different malls and to Geger Beach. How awesome is that?!
They also have a spa at the hotel and different themes-nights. We went to the Bbq-night. Food was okay. It was raining so we haf to be inside. A little dull, they could use som entertainment and other lightsettings.
Right next to the hotel is a little kiosk where you can buy beverages, beer, snacks etc.

This hotel was absolutely amazing for the price. This hotel has two massive beautiful pools which are cleaned every morning, the food is amazing especially the huge buffet breakfast. The staff are absolutely wonderful, and would definitely recommend this hotel to people especially people that are sensitive on price.😍

An old hotel.. Clogged basin when I stayed there but they quickly repaired it. Wall on shower leaking, made all floor wet after taking a shower. Balcony was so dirty like never been tidy up for months. Breakfast was so so. They have a free shuttle bus to Bali Collection and Geger beach. Nice staff. They also have 2 big pools. Hotel is far away from place to eat and definitely cannot walk to go somewhere nearby, you have to use car.

The Swiss Bel Hotel/Resort Segara Nusa Dua is a Great Hotel with very friendly personel! We get an upgrade of our room for not much more money, so we could swimming in the lagunapool straight from our hotelroom. The breakfast and dinner were very good with a good dinnercard. There is a free taxi from the hotel which bring you to the geger beach within 3 minutes. For us it was a perfect stay in a Good hotel/resort! The price-quality of the hotel is very good! One word: EXCELLENT! I will surely come back to the Swiss Bel hotel/resort Segara Nusa Dua!

Even for an extremely cheap hotel - this was just a horrible experience overall.
My initial room had yellow stains on the bed, the sink was clogged, the shower ran out of hot water, my sheets had a hole in them. Staff is also not the friendliest (shocking for Bali)
The food was overall pretty good, breakfast buffet had plenty of options as well as a station cooking eggs your way. Dinner and lunch options were also pretty good, and quite tastey (especially their Satay).
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel - even if it is a bargain.
