My Husband and I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM. The hotel lobby was busy with Indian group and almost occupied all of their staff. First, the security helped us with our luggage, while I can see the porter are busy. And surprisingly, the reception approached us quickly for checked-in. The checked in process took only for 6 minutes with explaining all the facilities in the hotel, very smooth. I love the interior of the lobby and the breakfast area. There was someone from the reception escorted us to the room (which awesome, int his hotel budget they still need to assign someone to accompany us), very appreciated. And we got an upgrade that time, which we love our room, very clean and smelled fresh inside the room. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. My husband a bit picky in term of breakfast food, but this time he is happy with his breakfast. SO, WELL DONE :) Definitely, we will come back in the next two weeks; I hope I will get the same room number like what we had last week :)

The room was nice, comfortable bed, and strong wifi. Have no complain about the room. The staffs were all nice and helpful. The breakfast was ok. This hotel has easy access to everywhere because it is located in a big street.

It's near to the center of city and there is a mini market near the hotel. We sleep at junior suite room, it's really wide and the bed was so comfortable.
Bali's wheather was so hot, but the hotel was so cozy. Really recomended.

Second time staying at this hotel.
The bed and pillows are very very comfortable. The Grand deluxe room is very spacious and has a nice washroom.
I noticed a lack of detail in the room service this second time staying there and a decrease in breakfast variety (last time they had pancakes, waffles, yogurts, more fruits and other western varieties).
Seems that they are trying to cut costs.
But apart from the very basic breakfast, it was a very pleasant stay.
I recommend this hotel due to friendly staff, comfortable rooms and easy to rent a scooter from the reception.

Stayed in deluxe room with balcony facing outside. Room spacious with modern design but maintenance should be better as I saw stains on curtain and walls. The sofa was also bit torn. The wall was quite thin that I heard doors slammed. The bed & pillows were comfy though so I slept well. Breakfast just basic and not many choice but taste properly. Small lobby in the same area with restaurant and reception so can be overly crowded. The location is excellent, just walking distance to many eating places and supermarket. Overall value for money consider its location.

Honesty, i have to say that this hotel is above my expectation.
Interior is good
Ambience is great
Staff were not so friendly and assisting
Cleanliness .. not so bad lah
A great impression on their meeting room! Tall cailing made the ambience looked great!
Though the could have a little improvement and maintenance in their basement, smell .. Well let's say not too pleasant, like something came out from the toilet or someone(s) had difficulty finding their way to the restroom.

Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms.. Breakfast buffet may be improved to cater more international tourists. Indian food had very limited options. No market area nearby., however legion beach road can be visited by TAXI easily.

Nice hotel in Denpasar. It is quitw close to everywhere (to the city, Kyta beach, and airport).
It has sufficient parking lot for guests coming with cars.
The lobby area has friendly atmospbere.
The room I stayed is big enoug with clean bathroom.

Very nice hotel good and helpful staff and rooms, clean, very reasonable actually i should say quite cheap, super awesome restaurant and complimenatry breakfast is just awesome with so many options everyday, each day lady chef specially prepared veg dishes for us. Not far from kuta beach on main road but u may require rental bike for travel which is cheapest option to travel in Bali.

Rainforest in the middle of town !! We enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel.
The rooms were a little cramped but sure serves the purpose. Loved the breakfast buffet that came along with B&B.

I think the hotel should make an improvement for the cleanliness of the room. When I first got my room. The bathroom looks dirty and the bedroom is somewhat smelly. However, they have friendly staff. Thanks guys.

Great place to hang out, Oxtail fried rice is my favorite. The pool is small but cozy, they have gelato available at the drug store and they also have money changer in the hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff

Value for money Hotel. Some rooms are good. Some need makeover . Furniture is somewhat old. Breakfast is good and staff is courteous.

Terrible. Over priced. Moldy stinky room, gave me sinus problems. Too far away from anything, expensive driver. Only really worth about $50/night tops.

Breakfast ok, room ok, clean, staff is very helpful and nice, enough size for the room except, light room could be improved in night, too many mosquitoes cant sleep well.

It has the strategic position on the by-pass road, the Sunset Road is like the way from the southern part to north and vice versa.
Although you can't imagine this place will be something like Legian or Seminyak, it has the vibe for resting place

You will 4 or 5 stars on Air Asia Go or any other website. But honestly, the rooms are poorly maintained. The drinking glasses are not cleaned, toiletries are not refilled unless asked.

Staff are extremely friendly especially Jojo. Food is amazing, had afew hiccups to start with but was all rectified. Bathrooms are a little small but tolerable. The beds are amazing, didn't want to get out, it's like sleeping on a cloud.
Big shout out to the supervisor Yudha, always helpful always friendly extremely professional and most efficient in everything he does. Thank you Yudha for everything.

Quality hotel. Needs attention to a little maintenance. Sometimes drinks and coffee are made incorrectly, but fixed with a smile.

The interior design is a bit outdated and conservative. Wifi is without password however the coverage is not too good. Breakfast has many choices.

Large room with a vary breakfast, it's a something enjoyable when you pay with 3 star hotel price but you've got 4 star service
It's so worth have a stay here for several night

Located at sunset road where busy and noisy road always heard till the lobby area. Swiss-Belhotel (hotel class)? I would rather rate this as a Swiss-BellInn instead.

Average hotel for the price. Good breakfast. Close to carefour so you can buy almost everything there. Right opposite a big souvenir shop.
