1. The biggest and probably the best hospital in Bali.
2. The doctor and staff are competent.
3. They use unique method that not smiling too much.. because they dealing with many people with many character.. so they decided to look scary so that they are not get abused by angry patient.
4. Yes, there may have been corruption.. but they thriving to eliminate that culture..
5. I'm so surprised that they serve really quick and straight to the point (not trying to blackmale me)..
6. This hospital is general hospital an serve thousands of rich and poor people everyday.. so If you are rich and have lot of money ho to Siloam (private hospital)..
7. The staff are vulnerable to bullying.. so please be patient.. if you act humble they will also serve carefully...
8. Food are so cheap around Rp. 6.000 - 12.000 per pack.. I really cannot believe it.

Bad hospital. The students Had aircondition. But not us pasients Sharing room worh 4 beds. Looked like a Prison. The medicin Didnt work. There Where Nothing to Do. So Warm i ONly sleept 2 hours.
And It was insane expensive to stay there. The bathroom was small And ONly a bucket shower. Bad conditions! Many students there.
I was i Psykose. They should have given me strong meidisine.

It has blood bank. Parking is horrible. Grab a taxi or get someone to drive you there. Admission admin is bahasa only. If you can go somewhere else do that. The private wings are ok with high level of care. But I'd hate to be in massive distress and be dropped of at triage and not speak any Indonesian.

Treat the westerners as stupid. Hygiene bad experience at ed. Pus from my leg going all over bare trolley .Staff not worried. Incorrect diagnosis after 5 visits . Serious empyema.Large chest infection .

The biggest most prefered hospital in Bali.
The doctors and staff are good and competent.
The only weak point is parking. There is not enough parking area so rhat it is very difficult to find somewhere to park your car.

Useless . Expensive for foreigners. Some doctors Dr. Soma arrogant a hole . .Ultra sound diagnosis of fluid in lung wrong. May get it right but not with me . Hygiene bad . Go in desperation then to own country.

Very good hospital ..I couldnt imagine how my daughter still stand in this world if not because an amazing Dr and staff they work a long very good...Thanks so much ..i will never forget how all of us done such amazing job for helping her..xoxo

The biggest hospital in Bali, but the service was poor. In registration counter 1 person take 30-60 minutes to get his/her registration done. Because of that a long long long queue in the area. Hope they fix the service quality in the hospital, so that no longer queuing, cause time is precious.

I literally waited for 2hrs to get me checked! Most doctors, nurses, staffs are on their phone, they're either too old or too young, too incompetence. Talk between themselves too much while people are waiting, too many trainees dont know nothng to do stuffs such as filling questionaire, weighing and blood pressure check. Bad bad bad and i'm wondering if i have to pay a fortune for this bullshit.

Pelayanan Informasi yang sangat buruk. Awalnya saya tidak percaya ketika dua sahabat saya (keduanya orang bali) tidak merekomendasikan rumah sakit ini. Ternyata benar saya mencoba menghubungi lewat telpon ke bagian informasi biaya dan benar saya masih berada disambungan telepon langsung ditutup dengan keras ketika saya sedang berbicara menanyakan perihal biaya dan administrasi. Dari gaya bicaranya menganggap saya bodoh tidak mengetahui masalah prosedur padahal saya membantu teman saya (tamu asing) untuk mencoba berobat ke dokter umum disana karena dia berasal dari negara berkembang dan kurang mampu untuk mendatangi rumah sakit internasional. Saya tahu bahwa dalam pepatah jawa rega nggawa rupa (ada harga ada barang yang berkualitas) saya tahu kalau memang pengen dapat pelayanan bagus ya pergi ke rumah sakit swastayang bagus sekalian tapi juga nggak gini juga kali. Itu aja sih.

My family always come here. Sure this hospital is the main hospital of Bali, but I'm not sure if it's the best in Bali. But they have been improving a lot. Overall good.

The parking space especially for mbike was too narrow. Sometime it was just depressing by coming in the sunny day and having hard time to find parking space. Even the parking guy didnt help at all.

Sanglah Hospital is the largest main hospital in Bali province, and even is a recomendation hospital for the eastern area of Indonesia.
This state owned hospital is located at Sanglah area, Sesetan village, Denpasar. The hospital is also an educational hospital for Medical department of Udayana university (for pursuing medical degree, specialist, etc).
Sanglah Hospital equipped with the latest health apparatus and modern equipment, for academic and sanitary project of the community.
Many foreign students, especially from Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia, studied here to pursue the medical and specialist degree.

the Dentist is good, if you compare to dentist service price, none of them can beat this hospital price. but, you've got what you've paid :D. (if you know what i mean)

i wish the staff to be more 'open' in the sense of thinking. broad your views, learn to speak English (at least) so that you'll be able to deliver the right amount of information. i,ive been to a hospital in jogaja (JIH), the scale btween these 2 hospital is a mile stone. JIH is an indonesian hospital but it is indeed at an international level.
and yes, Sanglah hospital is filled with rats and cats and dogs too.

Once again... Friendly and helpful nurses... But the place is dirty cockroaches and rat roam in the dorm... They take long time due to the monstrously bureaucracy, to do everything, even basic things. My friend has a broken femur, and after two weks, they postpone the surgery to the next week.
They litteraly kidnapped, forcing him to remain, so as not to lose the health service BPJS who also cover the need of his child...
As pain therapy they just give some paracetamol...
The management of this hospital must be ashamed, about the treatment that the people get in there... A workshop of suffering.
I give two stars cos the nurse, but the hospital deserve zero star, and less, by my point of view
