Good service even for BPJS card holders.
I had an experience when my father was sick in the middle of the night where the nearest clinic with our house was closed. And we went to RSAD. They just asked if we had a BPJS card or not, even though we did not show the BPJS card, but they still served us.
Some of the room cleaners are not friendly.
But for the outpatients with BPJS cards, we have to follow a series of processes, and this takes almost a day. I'm not saying it's bad, this is also true at Wangaya Hospital and I think that's also for other hospitals. But I think it would be better if they could solve this problem, so the sick peoples do not have to wait almost a day to get service

Realized that compare with other hospital around city this hospital may not as glamorous as the other, not looks modern as the others but we were happy with the services, easy for registration, clear procedure, and the most important are our ASKES (medicare system) is accepted and accessible here without any problem.
So here my wife were delivering our baby without any charges, and we got also 1st class room post delivering.
