Well worth the money. They picked up my passport the day after I sent an email and had it back to me in 12 days or so. No hassle, no bs, everything just worked exactly like they said it would. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Average and confusing service. They get the job done however I felt like I had to chase them up for information way too often. Reasonable price.

It is highly recommended! I forgot about any alarms about the visa. Everything is perfect, on time and never problems. The staff is just superb! They always come to my place, they are very polite and kind.

My wife and I always stay for 6 months in Bali. So we need an social cultural visa. This office is very good. Price is good and the service and communication are perfect. On the immigration you get good support. Also the pasport stay at the office so for the next extensions we do not have to stress about it. They arrange it all. So we recommend this office!Visa4Bali.

They do what they say they will, but it will still take 2-3 weeks to get it done. My experience was neither easy & stress free or overly difficult. If you have the money to spare and want to avoid going to the immigration office 1 or 2 extra times, go for it. If you're a budget traveler staying in the area with time to spare, you might be better off doing it yourself.

It was perfect. Took the fast way for 1.000.000 idr. Next day I went to the immigration for 2 hours and that was it.

I can recommend Rolly's Visa4Bali. Spent one happy year in Bali, all extensions were done through this agency. I am completely satisfied with the service, never worried about my passport. It's cheaper than in some other agencies and couriers do their job well. I had two social visas and went to the immigration office just twice for my finger prints during the year. Easy! Just once had a problem because of misunderstanding with one courier. Talked to Rolly, explained the situation, he understood me, took my side and helped with everything. Thanks a lot.

I had no animosity towards this man until I was treated the way I was treated. I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm not the type of person to take time out of my day to do this, unless i have been treated very poorly. This man is a completely horrible human being. His way of trying to silence me is through threats saying he's going to sue me for slander and will be checking to see if I show up in Indonesia. Also, posting my full name. Said my friend who spoke to his wife is stupid and is lying to me when she was told Rolly was going to ban me from Indonesia if I don't take down my reviews. I have not extorted him. A breakdown of my expenses is below. No amount of my would silence me now. I guess I need to explain myself again from his responses.
I never gave the phone number. I contacted Rolly on my Indonesian phone number via whatsapp. His courier picked up my passport and left a receipt. I wasn't even there to meet the courier. The receipt was a carbon copy receipt. I got the bottom pink receipt. I can prove in a photograph that there was NO PHONE NUMBER on my copy. Someone wrote in a phone number after the fact on Rolly's portion of the receipt. A phone number that I have never seen before which he tried texting. I don't know where that number came from or who wrote it in, but even after showing him my copy of the receipt he wanted to just give me back my passport and pass the blame on me. That is a complete lie when Rolly said I met his courier. I left my passport at the front desk. They picked it up from there.
My friend did speak with his wife who said they would help me to leave the country. The plan was to meet 3 hours before my flight. Because of my past dealings with him, and the fact that someone in his company fraudulently doctored a receipt, I felt as though they would ignore me on the day I was due to leave. Leaving me with no help in dealing with customs. That's why I paid 6million to go with a reputable company who doesn't do business the way Rolly has with me in the past.
The company I used to help me get out of the country for overstaying my visa said that they have made mistakes like this in the past and have taken full responsibility when it does happen. They paid for all fines and flight changes that needed to be made.
As far as the extortion claim I'll give you an itemized list of the expenses. 1.2million paid to Rolly and he did nothing. 6 million for overstaying exit fine. Having to renew my passport early 2.8 million. That's 10 million. Not to mention the the stress and time of having to deal with his company, finding a reputable company and contacting my consulate. Rolly ruined my last two weeks in Bali. I think 10 million is a low estimate for those damages. I'll leave it up to you if you think I've extorted him.
If I would have left the country on my own the penalty would have been 7.2 million and being questioned as to why I overstayed. 18days x 300,000 per day.
You know my experience with this man. It's up to you if you want to give this man your business.

1. That's true that you called me for extend your 1st and 2nd social visa and it's pay already.
2. Maybe the phone number it's wrong, because we always contact you before and never get answered because the phone number isn't active.
3. That's true that I already sent you for a twice text messages & many times calls but the telephone isn't active.
4. Our office gives message and called many times to the number that you give to our courier ( we can meet up together between you and our courier ).
5. It's absolutely not true. We already try to talk in the phone with your wife and sent you a text message in the whatsapp. In the situation you have immigration penalty about 5.700.000,- rupiah. The result about the talk is you just pay 2.000.000,- rupiah and for the rest 3.700.000,- it will be our responsibility.arron and wife say ok,we have proof(sreenshoot) Four hour before your departing we called you but can't get the answer. We give text messages with whatsapp and finally we got the answer " Don't bother, I've hired another firm to help me ".
6. About the receive we don't changed. We can prove it too, our courier still alive, courier writing phone number in receipt in front of arron.
7. If another visa agency told you that we must take a responsible, WHY you didn't let us take a responsible for this situation? ( it's we really-really don't understand)
8. It's your rights to report to your embassy.
9. We absolutely don't understand you want pay another agency for 6.000.000,- rupiah while we ready paid for 4.000.000,- rupiah to help you and prove our responsibility so you just need to pay for 2.000.000,- rupiah. It's little weird.
10. It's ridiculous. We don't sell your personal information ( Prove it please )
11. How you can spend a lot of money ( 1000 usd ). While total penalty is just 5.700.000,- rupiah ( around 450 usd ).
