Secluded resort that allows only taxis to get to decently priced restaurants in the surrounding area. Overpriced for what it is. When I stayed my AC broke and I was told it was fixed within an hour. It was never fixed... You can get much better service and location for less money than what you pay to stay here.

Nice place. Around January people will come. I recommend you not to come around December 2017 because sometimes they turn off the lights for eco

Nice hotel, clean, great view, near to Dreamland Beach... perfect place to stay in and enjoy the hotel and beach vacation... but this place very far from city centre and transportation quite limited (will cost more), so better pre-arrange your transportation. Online transport will ask for revised price most of the time especially during early and late of the day.
Btw, I enjoy my three days stay and rest here after my long journey in Sumba Island...

It was ok, hard to get uber.
Hotel didn't wanna call bluebird taxi too.
The price was $too high for an outdated room.
Concierge was rude n slow

Don't be fooled by the jazzy lobby and great view of the pool, the rooms are dirty (and full of cockroaches), and there's nothing close by so you're stuck in the resort for food which was expensive despite being terrible. Prior to this we stayed in a Homestay for well under half the price and would easily go back there before coming here again.

First impression the hotel is big and look expensive. Then i arrived at the front desk, a young caucasian girl is look remorse with anger. She begging the front desk to change her room because she and her family can't sleep because bitten by mite. She show the staff the picture she took from her phone.
I didn't skeptic first about it, i thought it's just her unlucky day.
Then i try to check in, but what the heck, the staff said that my booking hasn't confirmed and i haven't book the room. So i contacted my agent and the agent helped me out. After 1.5hours later i checked in.
The room is dirty, smelly and the accusation of the lady that the bed has flea is true. I usually sleep at 9 but in this hotel i can sleep at midnight. I got bit by something under the blanket and got red small bump in the next morning.
I will never stay in this hotel again. The possibilities are:
- I got the lady caucasian room
- All rooms have flea/mite
