Reasonably well located in Kuta. An older establishment that tries hard. The staff are unfailingly polite and incredibly helpful.

We stayed in their private pool bungalow. It was really good. Enjoyed our stay there. The morning buffet is also good. The staffs are very friendly. They even wished me on my birthday with a beautiful flower bouquet.

Kuta Puri Bungalows is a home away from home, with the beautiful luxury bungalows, gorgeous manicured gardens and peaceful relaxing pool area with swim up pool bar. The staff are lovely and only 100metre walk to beautiful Kuta Beach for sunset each night. We never want to go home.
We will be back again this year to kick back and relax by the pool.
Recommended for couples and families as it is a quiet smaller traditional hotel. Enjoy

Older Balinese style resort with bungalows set in a spacious garden. Situated right on Poppies Lane 1 its location is super central. Lovely food in the Kuta Puri restaurant (check out the sate ayam).

I think this place is very worthy. This hotel is one of the cheap hotels which very near with Kuta Beach. There are buffet breakfast at this place and have a bar. At this hotel you can ask to the staff about car rental. There are bathtub at the bathroom. I think the only cons is there are too many mosquitoes. NB: usually at the morning there are one squi rrel that the trees around but it's hard to take a photo of it.

Overall I am happy with staying here. The room was very spacious and nice and the grounds of the resort are truly beautiful. The garden is of highest quality even by Balinese standarts. The personal is attentive and friendly and the swimming pool is clean and well designed, there is a large shaded shallow area for small kids there. I can not give full stars though for a few reasons. 1. The bathroom in our room was not very well designed, after shower plenty of water ended up on bathroom floor. The floor is not tilted to the right direction so it does not flow to the drain and stays as a large paddle forever. 2. The floor in our room was dirty. 3 Restaurant. The buffet breakfast was great, but the menu food lacked in many ways. I mean, if you want to put Hungarian goulash in your menu, shouldn't you at least google what it is? What they served instead was concoction of badly boiled beef, carrots and capsicum in broth with ton of pepper. Same with seafood salad, it was inedible. Indonesian food was ok. I would recommend staying in this resort anyway as it is a quiet and beautiful place at the very centre if Kuta. Maybe you will be luckier with the menu...

Went to view 3 different rooms from standard to luxury bungalow with private pool all were very nice, spacious and clean. Gardens were lovely. Easy to find location and only a short walk to the beach.

An expensive treat. But wow was it worth it!
Our first time in luxury accommodation and Kuta Puri did not disappoint.
We stayed in one of their luxury bungalows, we opened the doors to a gorgeous cool spacious room with crisp white sheets and the comfiest mattress sitting in a four poster bed.
We had a seating area, desk with very large tv on the wall, ideally placed to watch in bed.
Unfortunately no channels available.
Did not complain as our stay was about much more than looking at a screen. The wardrobe had waffle print robes and branded slippers to use, we did however notice some stains on the robes which were a bit off-putting.
The bathroom was wonderful. Lovely hot and powerful outdoor shower set in a natural stone enclosure next to a small private outdoor area with climbing plants and flowers.
The bungalow was serviced each day, everything renewed and refreshed.
Room service is available and no more than an addition rp2,000 difference to restaurant prices.
All staff are extremely welcoming, each and every member of the team down to the gardeners will wish you a good morning and ask how your day is going.
The pool area is brilliant with a sunken pool bar serving anything from an Arak Attack cocktail to full meals you can enjoy from your shaded sun lounger.
A full buffet breakfast is provided to most guests that changes each day so you don't know whether you will be having sausages & bacon with eggs ( which you can get cooked anyway you like, i had cheese and onion scrambled eggs one morning) or a more traditional vegi baji and noodles with fruit and decent coffee.
The entire experience was wonderful here. Would highly recommend a stay. We extended 3 times as we couldn't bring ourselves to leave. A little paradise away from central Kuta.
TOP TIP!
Take a torch out with you so you can see your path clearly at night. The first night we were there we almost stood on a tiny toad on the path.
We grew to realize they come out each night to hop around the lush gardens. They are very small so please be careful!

This place was fantastic. Literally every member of staff was smiling happily, asking how are you, what is your name, do you like Bali etc, it was really quite strange to experience after spending time in Thailand (where, in my 2 month experience, there are very few smiles from employees or locals). The bungalow my wife and I stayed in was great, too. It had a large, open-plan, feel to it an the bathroom was especially stunning with an open air shower and very nicely designed suite. The cleaners were very good at making up the room and the place always had a fresh feel to it once they had been in. Towels and robes were also changed when they made up the room, as well as more shower gel and shampoo added, which was a nice touch. The pools here are great, and deep compared with others I've been in around Asia, so you can dive or jump in at the deep end. The restaurant provides good quality food while the submerged pool bar offers a wide selection of cocktails and beers. Overall we had a fantastic time here and would recommend the accommodation and the spa to anyone.

hidden gem of kuta. 2 buildings away from the beach and yet a super quiet chilled place. got a resort feelin to it with its vast garden and bungalows all around and nice cozy 2 swimming pools :) i will def. start my trip there :)

Been coming to kuta puri for 4 years the staff are helpful friendly and nothing is any trouble.... it is fantastic all rooms are in the process of renovations to be done to all

Love Kuta Puri. We have been staying here for about 5 years now, every year and is our second home. Close to beach, away from noise even though you are still on Poppies 1. Clean serviced rooms every day and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Great food too and pools! Highly recommend.

bath was clogged and leaking all over the floor, breakfast buffet average and the room was smelling like insecticide when we came in.
Definitely not a dream place but if you want a central location and swimming pool you'll be happy I guess.
Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Me and my husband have stayed several times at kuta puri bungalows and we love it we have never had any problems staff are very helpful and friendly, restaurant and rooms are all kept very well clean, the garden and pools are kept immaculate, and best part of all your close to beach, shop, and other restaurants, but yet once behind gates of hotel it, s very quiet so you dont get hassled by sellers,
