Good stay, wonderful room and delicious breakfast.
The beach club which is 7 min away needs to be improved with nicer furniture.
Also we rented from the hotel an old and overpriced scooter (70k for 1 day).

The hotel rooms are big and clean. Its value for money. It also had an Indian restaurant. The upper floor suits walkway were not fullu covered though why may present a challenge during rains.

I can't really fault the hotel to be honest. The service and standard it to a very high level and what you would expect of the Kupu Kupu brand in keeping with its sister resort up in Ubud. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the pool has algae around the external walls which should be cleaned for the standard of hotel and the gym equipment is basic and dated with no air-conditioning or music. I always find that the people make your business though. And the staff at Kupu Kupu Jimbaran will go out their way to ensure your happiness is paramount.

A lovely hotel within a 5min walk to the attached, private beach club. Staff are lovely and there is plenty to do in the hotel if you are looking to relax. Not too far from some of Bali's lovely southern beaches, but you will likely have to rent a scooter or taxi as too far to walk in the heat of the day

Very polite service and staff. Hotel a little run down but all seem to doing their best under circumstances.

Plutôt bien, le personnel super sympa, mais cependant l'accès à la plage n'est pas directe et les chambres ne sont pas très lumineuses. La piscine du haut par contre est top!

Отель староват. Персонал нереально дружелюбный. До моря недалеко. Своих денег стоит. Можно попросить скидку.

Das Hotel ist quasi im ersten Stock eines Einkaufszentrums, was im Bereich der Hotelanlage nicht weiter auffällt, lediglich das Restaurant liegt im Erdgeschoss, zusammen mit weiteren Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell, der Transfer zur Hoteleigenen Beachlounge funktioniert perfekt.
