" For a 100K fee entrance that can be substitute with your food & beverages coupon, I can't complain anything. Got a daybed heading to the sunset spot, winding up the afternoon with spotting the ocean, great sunset view. The staff was good and helpful. The turn down of this place was un-well organized. Mostly visitors that came here were tour groups that made this place always packed. But you can choose the "semi" private area in the left or right corner with the turquoise daybed (they often close this area from tour group visitors). That day I wasn't too comfortable since those Chinese tour groups were noisy. They mostly speak loud, and walking around here and there, and fill up the pool and made it so uncomfortable to have a swim. For using this infinity pool you'll be charged for 60K and can be deducted from the voucher you've got. There is also a direct access to the Dreamland beach and the showering place after you had a beach time. They have also bathroom and shower room which unwell maintenance and quite dirty #LoL (and those Chinese make it grosser!!). The food quite overpriced and tasteless, but hey.. you are here for the view, sun and sand! I'm having quite enjoyable lazy time waiting for the sunset moment here.
21 April 2018And I was having a lost of 3 vouchers inside the private area when I was moved to change the daybed spot, and no one find it! #LoL that's what happened when you are reckless in a packed place! It just sad that the security of the place was not so good as well as the manner of the visitors. But I won't blame anyone since it was my recklessness. "

" First impression was great. I had prebooked and paid to stay 6 nights upfront as asked upon checking in. On route noticed it was further away from Kuta than Google maps had said (roading infrastructure must not be taken into account). Dinner onsite was good although not a very large selection. Morning came and things went down hill from there. Breakfast buffet was below average and cold "cooked" breakfast. Sheets were stained. Mattress topper had clearly not been washed for some time as the "grime" was in the same places on the mattress and let's not forget my PILLOW CASES!!!! had mould present of 2/4 pillows. I went downstairs booked a transfer into Kuta to new accommodation, upon checking out several hours later they asked why the early checkout and I highlighted the above. No refund was given for the further nights or prepaid "buffet breakfast" as I'd booked a "non refundable" stay which I was happy with IF they'd of provided the services I'd paid for. They tried to offer me another room and I declined as staff should have never ever thought that standard of bedding was acceptable. Do not go there and they have "non refundable" stays for a reason!!! Beware. "

" after several years, we cameback and still enjoy the dreamland beach and the view from the cafe. you can swim in the pool for 60k or go swim at he beach for free. its a white sand beach with high waves...as many people were surding here. we order oxtail fried rice(****) and bacon pizza(***). the changing room was a little bit rundown...the locker is not working and some shower room are clogged, they need improvement there but other than that we enjoy our visit this time. "

06 March 2018my indonesian friend knowes the owner, so i always got access 4 free.. so thats why i almost never complained.. but like i said.. mostly there are tonnes of chineese people which are very noisy and ruthless in the pool.
but the klapa loungs has a nice infinity pool, good drinks and u can go downstairs to relax at the beach too.. "

26 August 2016Climbing down the cliff, you'll get to an estuary, which, sadly, was blocked by a sand barrier. This could have easily become a breeding ground for lots of nyamuk (mosquitos) which has been proven to be abundant!
overlooking the estuary, a small promenade bordered by several small stores. Friendly peddlers offering you their products giving a sense of warm atmosphere.
The food was okay, but the ambiance unbeatable. "

" Awful experience. Paid $100,000 to get in, it was full of mainlanders who were literally smoking in the pool. So we went to beach where all the locals are just trying to trick your money any way they can. Taking all of your stuff to a chair, then saying we have pay them $100,000, because the chair isn't part of Klapa.
01 April 2016So we went back up to the pool and a Klapa worker said if we want to use the pool we have to pay an extra $50,000. I told him no way. We already bought tickets into this place. He demanded I show him our tickets. So I did. He took them and said we couldn't sit where we were sitting. And told us to move to a further chair. And he never gave us back our tickets.
While trying to enjoy the pool with our children, Mainlanders were literally smoking while sitting the pool. Asking in the pool just a few feet away from us.
Go to Blue Marlin or Rock Bar instead. This place is a trap, this place is a joke. Bali is a beautiful paradise, but you won't see any of that at Klapa. "

" Beautiful view from the pool. The staff is nice but far from being warm as the Balinese standard. Food and beverages are OK, nothing impressive and a bit overpriced. The crowds of unpolite, noisy tourists ruins a bit the experience. The beach, just downstairs, is really nice and pretty good for amateur surfers. "
