Going here for my baby's regular immunization every month with Dr. Thermiany. So far, her service is good, friendly and informative. The front desk of the hospital is also doing a good service. Just sometimes, the doctor came quite late.

Highly not recommend this hospital! Especially for foreigners, 500k idr for say hello to doctor. Very low professionals there, only care about money! Damn! Doctor didn’t know what to do with my sore throat! Before was in Surabaya city hospital, there so good care about people!

my husband is a Caucasian and I am a citizen of indonesia. a few days ago my husband accidented surfing and there were 2 torn wounds on his head so I had to take him to the nearest hospital. and I chose to go to the kasih ibu hospital in kedonganan. I went to the receptionist and she asked me to fill in the registration form. with my bloodied and concussed husband and I in a little and asked them to handle my husband first, and registration issues I will fill in later. then 1 doctor and 1 nurse handle my husband. by sewing a wound on his head. then I fill out the form and ask the price about what I should pay .. first the staff atmistrasi show me the price I have to pay for doctor 500 thousand rupiah, and administration fee of 50 thousand rupiah. I think woow pay doctor 500 thousand rupiah it's expensive for me indonesian people and thats not normal price.and administrative staff told me that the price is not fixed yet. so she will give the price after the patient's handling. and once done they give you a super unreasonable price. I had to pay 2.886.000 thousand rupiah for 2 cuts torn on my husband's head of Caucasians. I asked why the price was suddenly very expensive. Their answer is the price for Caucasians. fu * k ... !!! this hospital does not serve with heart. this hospital is looking for profit when other people are distressed, this hospital is a gathering place for robbers. and see if there is a sick western people they first see is money and money. No money you dead

There is no reservation by phone, and queue may be too long. On a second attempt doctor not show up

Bad service for real, i've come twice, i wait for almost 3 hours on first day, my wife really desperate to know that the qeues were scruffy, real mess. Numbers are jumps, no wonder their filling room really disorganized, you can see it from waiting area. The one that we really appreciate is the gynecologist, that one star is for him, zero star for the management.
