What a load of bull! We were invited here to convince us to buy a timeshare, but the entire time we were segregated from the residents as we were "only guests". We weren't allowed to use the pool or go near it, we weren't allowed to use the upstairs restaurant unless we paid $100 PER PERSON, and everyone else had priority over us to use the cable cars, beach chairs or beach tables. This obviously meant that we were left to sit on the sand, treated like children and ostracized. Why would I want to come back, let alone BUY a place here? The kicker - the cable car down to the beach is now undergoing repairs for a few months, so if you want to visit you'll have to slog all the way down and then back up the cliff! Apparently the day we visited was the last day it was functional.

Watching a movie on the beach was my new experience. What a beautiful place. The staff is so so respectful.

Really nice restaurant on the beach, food is good, ocean breeze, looking at the ocean. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Perfect to experience golden hour.

We was here on the movie night and it was super nice. Movie at the beach with the waves coming in and the stars over our head. What can be better?

What an absolutely amazing beach. Views are the best I’ve seen in Bali. We came over from our resort at Karma Jimbaran and got a sun bed on the beach. Beer is super cold and staff are awesome as well. Great last beach day of our vacation! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🇮🇩❤️

Bring your sun protection lotions when come to Karma in summer time. I got my first time sunburn here, but over all was great. The beach, the foods, and the waves of course. Perfectly beautiful.

Amazing location and splendid beach.
Music is just too loud for me ... maybe good for a sunset aperitivo but a bit too much during the day.
Improvement needed on service standards, food quality and presentation compared to prices.
Just minor improvements for a 5 stars.
Overall a great day!

Karma beach club is a beautifull place but you will have to want to spend good amounts of money. Entrance 200k and you will have to pay 300k for your food and drinks you will be having at the beach. Food and drinks are quite expensive (think about 65k for small bintang and at least 180k for cocktails). The beach is very pretty and the staff takes good care for your needs, sometimes a little pushy. I wasn't very impressed of the club despite the luxury and expensive services they gave

The view of the beach is magnificent. The beach club is a very chill place with excellent service staff and awesome food. It really is a place that one must visit when in Bali

Definitely disappointed. They have very few sunbeds (maybe 20?) So they do run out very quickly. They'll put you at the restaurant or on the beanbags (which i dont understand why but they have no umbrellas to shade yourself) When we finally got a sunbed it was blocked by the daybeds which are reserved for hotel guests only (some remained empty the entire time we were there)
I must admit the staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was tasty too, although portions small. All in all we paid 170,000 extra for the 10% service charge and 10% tax. Abit much in my opinion. Ya you pay for the view but at least at Sundays there are way more sunbeds and even the beanbags have umbrellas.

Nature itself is nice. Also the bar. Food quite good. Overall experience - bad. So called exclusiveness should really be connected with style, imho. Loud music and numerous staff buzzing around with volumed up walkie talkies made us leave the sunbeds to find some peace in another part of the beach.
"They will feed your body and mind, not your soul."
Bad Karma for us. 😀

The quietest and best beach in Bali. Clean, amazing view and low on the crowd. You can choose to take the stairs to the beach (free) or pay 500,000 IDR for a cable car ride (200 entry + 300 cover charge for food + drink).

It's like hidden paradise. It's a very nice place to visit. If u visiting, before lunch time would be best because its still tide and u will get wave. More to evening the sea will low, but u can snorkeling.

The best place to spend the day, swim, snorkel, dine on fresh lobster or have a pizza, enjoy a cocktail and catch the best full moon party I've been to. Amazing ambience, much along the lines of an upscale, cafe-del-mar vibe but with the latest deep house djs thrilling the crowds. Better look good people, there are drones filming the party! If you look at the waves at night, you'd be forgiven for mistaking the flashing squid displays as strobe light reflections. I was truly sad to leave. Well worth the cover charge which includes luxurious towels, drinks, food, snorkel, sun-shaded beds or front row seats.

Nice beach party "Glow In The Dark", nice view but Gondola must 2 or more hehehe

Excellent beach with great views. Beachside restaurant offering a variety of dishes. Cable car service makes the beach easily accessible for everyone.
Private beach so not very crowded and therefore very clean. Friendly staff and also a life guard on watch.
Beach entry free for guests staying at karma kandhara, chargeable for outsiders.

Bit expensive entrance for Bali standard is worthy. The food trying to be in europien style wasn't the best but the view and the place not forgotable

Pretentious. Over priced.
Beach looks awesome but too much of a current to comfortably swim and no surfing.
There is better. And without admission fees.

Good food, good quality and great atmosphere but really high prices because of the location.
steve rummage (22/03/2017 09:18)
500,000idr gets you a lift ride down to the beach and 300,000 credit at the bar/restaurant. Good food and service but the food is really pricey. So the 300,000 credit doesn't go far.
Alternatively you can take the stairs down and explore the other food and bev options along the beach.
The beach itself is great.
Be aware that high tide isn't really suitable for water activities as the currents can be intense. So check tide times before you go.

Very beautiful beach. You can go down by elevator through hotel (there's entrance fee) or you may take the road by steps hidden in the jungles. The beach is rather small, the waves were very big when we were there. The restaurant on the beach is very expensive. However the sunset was amazing.
Tristan Adriel (11/01/2017 02:43)
I didn't go to the restaurant, i went straight into the beach using the stairs (so tiring lol) its behind the carpark and pretty invisible stairs
The beach was really nice and clean, water was really clear. WATCH OUT for glass shards though there were quite a lot as i tried to clean it.

Great nature but too expensive and bad food and drinks
Emil Murtidjaja (30/12/2016 13:48)
Beauty, perfect crystal clear water, smooth waves, not to crowded beach
RichieNewRich (26/12/2016 09:51)
It's 500k per person, 300 goes to tab credit, but pricey but a great beach. I stayed.at the restaurant for 2 hours during the hot sun, then walked the beach around 3, took photos, then found and empty daybed at 5 for sunset. Book ahead to reserve the daybed and chairs. Umbrellas not available in the windy days. Nice water. Dj music playing. Connects to Sunday's club which didn't seem as nice.
Josh T (05/11/2016 05:08)
Amazing views of sunset, how fun to swim and then drink a yummy cocktail. The prices are of course high and the fernicular safety whilst questionable is assured to meet international standards. Save your dosh though (500k entry fee 300k food credit) and walk down the stairs. After dark you'll have no choice as high tide makes the steps hati hati. Note if you come from Kuta taxi will be at least 150k each way as the roads are narrow and windy. Expect unmarked taxi on the way back.
