3 weeks ago I went to this place. for visa to china. I gave the document's complete and pay visa fees amounting to 950 ribu rupiah. 3 days after entering the document's agent contacted me and told me my visa could not be processed because the embassy was change the system i am not sure understand why why she dont tell to me before i give my document and my money.I tried to contact the embassy of China in Jakarta but the phone is always busy. I asked to the agent when approximately visa I could in the process. She said the possibility of october. and she returned my passport and took some of my money amounted to 200 thousand she said for shipping costs. I thought okay no problem. I might have to wait until October. but after taking my passport I went to the other agents in the area of Denpasar. and finally I know my visa could be in the process and their work within four days so not like that at kcbj agents say visa can be made within 10 days. so in the other agents they work faster and more cheap.i had asked to them weather a visa to china can not be processed until october and they say so far there is no problem in making visa to china.i will not be breathing again making any visa or through an agent kcbj. I feel like they telling lie. And take my money.Really annoyed.
