Decent pricing, lots of classes, free filtered water available, instruction is weak. The instructor -- a man from Saudi and another country (mixed) -- didn't actually show us any moves for the hot yoga class I attended. Instead, he talked the class through every move. I did not like that style of instruction. Nevertheless, he was welcoming and kind. I don't know if I would return as I expect very good instruction. Also bring a large towel for your yoga mat -- or you'll need to pay an extra fee to rent one (minimal fee).

One of the only yoga places in the area, so we didn't really have a choice. Great facilities including locker room and a nice lobby area. I also liked that provided free bottles of water and mats. It's hot yoga, but at least they opened the doors during the session to let in a cool breeze. The water came in the large 24oz plastic bottles, and you just return the bottle at the end of the session (very environmentally friendly)! That was really thoughtful of them because my tiny 10oz bottle was definitely not enough water for the session. Don't get dehydrated!
Even though I went for the beginner session in the afternoon, it was quite intensive and comparable to an intermediate level in some places. At least you can rest at any point and the instructor is very patient and understanding. By the end everyone was sweating buckets and there were pools of sweat on the ground...would be great if people would actually clean up after themselves.
FYI, 20% discount if you have a local ID card.

Thank you for an awesome experience while on holiday.
Classes were reasonably priced and one could do the second for free.
I tried all three on offer. Loved the Bikram , the hot pilates nearly killed me as for the sumits , what an experience. As a relative newby to Bikram , I was impressed with the instructors as well as the studio in general. A 'must' experience !!!!
Thanks Sayed and Lisa and the beautiful ladies at reception.. Namaste....see you all again next year.

Front desk staff is very friendly. Changing room, shower, toilet very clean and smell good. Instructors never tried remembering names of the students and hard to follow instructions due to the accents. Despite the price, they don't try correcting your poses much. Nice but not great.

It's Hot Yoga, for us Bikram aficionados we know what to expect, for others do bring a complete change of clothes as you will be soaked through. Give yourself enough time to get to this location. 30mins from Kuta and 15 mins from Seminyak area if you are registered online, otherwise another 15 mins for on site registration. Google map the traffic.

Great lovely studio and people! Front desk staff was so nice. Loved the Sumit class I took with Syed too. The studio was clean and spacious. The large windows let in lots of natural morning light. Overall, great experience!

Gets the job done but not the best yoga class. Teacher was annoying and wouldn't stop talking nonsense. Room was barely hotter than outside temperature so minimal sweat for a bikram class. Only go if you're staying in the area.

Lol @alltheonestar reviews. It's Bikram yoga. It's hard. It's hot. If you didn't enjoy it, that's fine. But if you start criticising because you didn't know what it was please be quiet and go find some watered down yoga you can handle. As for all the hot/Bikram yogis, a good studio to crank out the practice!

Went to the 60 min class and was unimpressed. The instructors voice was loud and she never stopped talking. From the moment she walked in it was not a relaxing atmosphere, even bikram yoga is supposed to be internal and conscious but with her constant loud abrasive voice it is hard to be either of those things. The way she instructed was also not reflective of the normal practice of yoga, she would say things like it "must be" like this it "has to be" like this or it is "always" like this, which is never the case in yoga. Every practice is unique to the person and you know what is right for you but she did not offer any variations or let you make your own slight variations without trying to correct you to the way it "must always be". No, I would not recommend this place. Left feeling more anxious than when I entered, she treated it as a work out not as yoga practice.

I feel like people only go to this studio due to the convenient location.
The instructors teaching methods are very questionable. No variations offered according to different body types. My best advice would be go but don't listen to the barking orders to conform your body into the 'Bikram' style. They're preaching ignorance like it's the truth.

Instructors are tough, but I left feeling like I pushed my limits. Not for the faint of heart. Happy to know I have a great yoga home when I return to Bali.

Horrible. I'm disgusted my the lack of diversity for yogis this space holds. I am a yoga instructor from Los Angeles. I spealize in Yin and was thrilled to know this studio held a Yin class. This studio offers instructors a discounted rate to take classes. However, once I informed the front desk that I was a yoga teacher she kept asking, "do you want to become a yoga teacher?" After going back and forth she tried to charge me the normal rate. I'm confused.
I went as far as showing her the website and my class description where I teach, which is actually a Yin class. Then she asked me, "have you ever done yoga?" I'm confused.
I only had a $20 on me and tried to pay for class. This also became an issue. After taking my bill to be exchanged they returned it back to me because "something was wrong with it."
I finally walked out. This is a MAJOR issue in the yoga community in the West...who knew it carried over to Bali!
So much for YOGA FOR ALL. Their motto should read Yoga for all BUT black yoga instructors. So disappointed.
