We have used this laundry service for the last 3 years and are happy with them. The couple are courteous and will pick up and drop off. We stayed each time at the grand hyatt nusa dua.

Called morning of asking for same day delivery. A woman (possibly the owner) quoted 15,000 IDR per kilogram for laundry service. She offered pick up for free at my hotel (The Laguna) within 30 mins (at about 9a). When she picked up I asked about rush service and she quoted me 20,000 IDR/kg and I could pick up in 4 hrs. Picked up at 1p. Clothes was ready, clean, and folded nicely. We had 5.5kg (41 pieces) so it was 110,000 IDR ($9 US). I would definitely recommend to anyone not wanting to pay the expensive laundry service at the hotels.
