Very kind and probably pretty professional staff. Clean and modern looking hospital. But they rip tourists off. They charge way to much for medicine and stuff, an example is that they charged me four times more for a bandage than the pharmacy did.
Also, instead of immediately telling me on the phone that I probably need MRI scanning (which they can’t do there) I go all the way to this hospital for getting an x-ray scanning (expensive) and being sent to the next hospital for checking my leg again, by another expert. That next hospital gives me expensive medicine and charge me another big amount, but unfortunately they DON’T have MRI scanner either. They want to send me to a third hospital to scan my leg for about 10 000 000 to more.
Plus coming back for the results from the blood test. Come on...I know this is Indonesia, but it’s 2018! Heard of phone or email?
Nope, I’m not fixing my leg here after all, I’ll sort it out when I get back home.

100% recommended, they have international standards. Call ahead to see if they can take you. We got seen immediately and had a full recovery very quickly. Highly recommended and they speak great English. Excellent doctor and nurses on call. Thankfully a good place.

Great experience! I’m from the USA and I can honestly say Dr. Hapsari is wonderful. She’s knowledgeable and well spoken in English. Very thorough in her explanations and easy to understand. If you ever experience any travel related medical issues please come here! Hospital is clean and staff is nice as well.

Highly professional Clinic. Many thanks to all the doctors, nurses and administrative staff for taking care of sick child. We stayed for 24 hours observations due to stomach problems and associated symptoms. The doctors were very helpful and supportive. Fast, accurate diagnosis, a good therapy.They explained all in detail. Highly recommend!!!

We were treated courteously and in a timely manner. i cannot say enough about the professionalism of the staff at the clinic. After detailed questioning and examination we were both diagnosed with various infections and prescribed medications, which we were able to buy right at the clinic. No-one wants to be sick on holiday, but this facility provides the highest standards of care. The clinic has x-ray facilities too, and a lab. Thank you again for your great service!

Amazing service received here. We self diagnosed my partner with dengue fever on her first day and went it to confirm it. A very well spoken doctor checked her condition and we had blood tests done. The doctor phoned us back with the results and phoned again the next day to check up on my partner. 3 more visits (for blood tests) the following days where also all very pleasant. Staff and doctors are very good and kept us up date with everything. The doctors also did a very good job at explaining everthing to us about my partners condition. Would definitely recommend this place for any sort of medical problem.

A world class medical clinic, very happy with there service and bedside manner, my doctor spoke perfect englich and she was very thorough in her examination. Wait time was very minimal unlike Australian clinics, we were in and out in half an hour.

Apart from being sick I was extremely happy with the service provided during my overnight stay at the clinic (costs for one night are approx. 16 Mio. Indonesian Rupiah). Staff was highly professional and friendly. Good English speakers.

We went there for rabies treatment. The advice was clear and the doctor explained in detail what she was going to do.
The hygiene was very well taken care of.

I used to worked here - could be your 1st medical referral during in Bali. Many of evacuation / repatriation has been successfully done thru their assistance company.

Professional, courteous and thorough care. They also provide onsite testing, medication dispersal, ambulance service and overnight care as needed.
