Amazing guys! Went on ad day trip, with Mr. Gozeng as my guide.
Did the jatiluwih to the sea trip, as I was not to confident about my stamina in the humid air.
After the crew picked me up at my hotel, we had to drive about 120 min. to jatiluwih were the trip started, on the top of a hill with amazing view over the rice terraces.
The bikes (giant full suspension bike in good condition) are loaded off by the driver, for you to check and adjust to your preferences
The first part of the trip was a bit hard for me, due to some steep climbs I couldn't handle. But after that it was nothing but fun.
Amazing views and a opportunity to see the real Bali, going through backroads and real Balinese villages.
Mr. Gozeng is a great guy and a great mountainbiker. He does everything he can to give you an amazing experience.
After the first 10 km of the 40 km trip, we met up with Mr. Suena (the driver) for some snacks and a cold drink of choice (water, isotonic or juice). At this stop you can also choose what you want for lunch.
At 20 km we met up with the driver again for a superb lunch.
Another drink break at 30 km before we start the last part of the trip. The drinks are very welcome because it's starting to get really hot!
At the end of the trip you drive up to an amazing game view of the sea, where you get offered a nice wet towel ( not to be mistaken for a piece of chocolate cake😂).
Trip itself is a mixture off jungle, small paths through rice fields and asphalt roads.
To be short...... An amazing trip, with amazing people. Definitely will be back with these guys for a longer trip!

Just returned from a 6-day supported MTB trip in Bali, with "Infinity" (Boot Camp). My friend and I can't recommend this trip more highly ! Just flawless ! All meeting points, bikes, driver, guide and organisation were exactly as planned - very professional and helpful. Our guide Su, knew all trails like the back of his hand - never once lost or unable to anticipate a turn in the complex array of single tracks, or varied and beautiful, paths and small roads. The cultural experience was a bonus. We mingled with many Balinese going about their lives: weddings, school, farming, harvesting, building - it was a joy ! Secret single track; national forrest and rim-ride to the sea were highlights, but all trails were really great. Accommodation was very high standard, perfectly chosen for special and welcoming reasons - All different and all luxurious in different ways. (Another thing - if you are worried about your level of biking ability, high or low - just ask Sam, he will go out of his way to help you choose the best trip and will keep groups very small to ensure best match of riders - This is really important, and well catered-for). Just Do It - It's a bucket list thing !

Great experience, super professional, nice guide (Minggus), isotonic drinks, food, even a cold towel was provided after the awesome tour. We could stop when ever we felt like it. Minggus was really caring! Definitely recommend it!!

It started out great. I called the day before and Nana was very helpful the whole way to get me into a group the following day. She responded to emails very promptly. Great service there.
The pickup was reasonably on time and the driver and guide were very nice. The first hour was a lot of fun. The food was good and you can tell they care about service. Lunch was at a nice place in the hills and they spent time catering to different food requests (eg vegetarians).
The problem was that they let a beginner on the intermediate ride and we had to stop and wait every half mile. That was ok because I didn't mind the breaks. But then the guide switched the entire group to the beginner trail, so we rode down the mountain on streets. Boring. They should have either split up the groups or just continued the intermediate trail with the frequent breaks. So the first hour was fun. The rest was a braking ride down streets.
My only other minor complaint was that the guide didn't tell us much about Balinese culture and didn't point out any interesting things. He also didn't stop for pictures very often. But i've been here many times, so it wasn't that big a deal for me. If you are interested in these things, then you can probably ask and they will tell you.
Fyi, their prices are higher than everyone else, so my review was a bit tougher than if I paid less. You pay more because you expect more.
I would recommend this place to others as i probably just got an off day. I might even try them again on a different trail.
Edit: The owners offered me a free trip to make up for the off day. Very professional service.

Amazing 32 kms riding down the hill, Rudy knows every inch of the route and the bicycles were in excellent condition, totally recommended.

these guys were awesome!! We were a group of 20 riders of all different ages and abilities and we did the 'Jatiluwhi to the Sea bike tour. The guides were so friendly and yet very professional. they made sure that the experienced riders got to have a different exciting ride while catering for the kids and less experienced riders. They were especially protective of our youngest rider (9 years old, always making sure he was coping with the speed and protected on any roads we travelled on. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone looking for a great day out in Bali

Wow what a great day in Bali. We were very lucky indeed with the weather, it was fantastic and so was our entire day.
Mr. Suena was promptly at our door step at 11am and he did a great job getting us quickly and safely to our rendezvous with the bicycle truck and our guide Mr. Ajus. I was very impressed with the equipment. Top quality equipment that was well maintained and fitted perfectly. Even the helmets were top notch and the gloves were also a nice touch. We covered a lot of territory and Mr. Ajus had an excellent sense for pace and continually checked that no one was lagging behind. The scenery exceeded our expectations and the ride had such an interesting mix of road and trail that it was never boring. Mr. Ajus was also most considerate about stopping for us to take pictures.
The stop for the coconut juice and snack was perfectly timed. I thought we had seen about all we could see by that time but I was wrong. We continued on from there to some more very special countryside and had a chance to see the locals working in the fields. Bali has magnificent landscapes and the people are every bit as beautiful so it was nice to see them in such harmony together.
Sadly our time came to an end and we knew we had to head back. Again everything was very smooth. Our rendezvous with the equipment vehicle magically happened and within a few minutes we were saying goodbye to our new best friend Mr. Anjus and were loading ourselves into the comfortable van for what we thought would be an hour and a half ride back to the ship in Benoa. We arrived a little under an hour and we were relieved that we had extra time to get cleaned up and ready for work. I think we must have been lucky with the traffic because at no point was Mr. Suena’s driving aggressive or dangerous. He is a careful and competent driver.
I’m not sure when our next visit will be to Bali but I can tell you this, I'll be in touch with Infinity Mountainbiking for another biking adventure.
Thank you for a great day. Thank you for a day that is now a memory we will have for a lifetime.

I was comfortable right away with the way Sam replied to my emails that Infinity understood mountain bikers' needs. And that they were using very good bikes -- Giant Trance's which convinced me. The ride itself was really great. It had the right blend of what a serious mountain biker enjoys and feels challenged to ride -- classic downhills, loose sandy portions of trail, serious single track with a couple of nice obstacles, various climbs of differing gradients and length. There were wonderful Bali mountain views including at the outstanding restaurant we stopped by for lunch. My Garmin says it was 309m of climbs and 1400m of descending. Ajus, the guide was outstanding (appears Sam was out getting married even though he was on call) as was the driver Minggus. Before the ride, they both set up the bikes for us including pumping the front and rear shocks to pressures that matched our weights and immediately got to work on the bikes after the ride to clean and tweak the adjustments we had suggested. Ajus called out the tricky bits and gave us choices, guidance and commentaries at the right times.
Highly recommended and I would definitely sign with Infinity again including in countries other than Bali given this experience.

We have just come back from 6 days of Mountain biking with Infinity with Sam and his crew in Bali around mount Batur.
Rides were a mix of techy down hill single track, flowy single track, fire roads and a bit of tarmac.Distances between 35 - 65km per day.Rides mostly start at around 1500m elevation and it is downhill from there !
The rides, crew, accommodation all exceeded my expectaions. Even the rental bikes were better than what you'd expect from the usual tour companies. 2 decent Giants and GTs with mostly XT components..... The rest of us brought our own bikes.
Overall , this is one of the best mtb trips I have been on. I'll be back next year
