Easy access to restaurant, but busy road and always traffic. Staff are nice and helpfull, Gym is 24 hour. Rooms are cozy and bed are comfy

+ You can enjoy the drinks in minibar for free and they will refill it for you.
+ If you happen to bring your own car there will be valet service for free.
+ They provide umbrella for you for free but please make sure you return it.
+ The rooftop pool is so nice and has a nive view.
- The hallway towards my room on the same level as the lobby is kinda hot.
- The interior is not as impressive as the picture provided.

Stayed here for four days and three nights here in a poolside room. The overall experience was pleasant, and the room was decent. That said some items in the room looked dated and not well maintained, especially the bathroom, where things looked like it may fall apart at any times. It had seen the better times. Nonetheless, for the price paid it was an entirely lovely experience.

Loved this hotel. Great location right on Eat Street in Seminyak. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Suite room we had was huge, well equipped and very clean. Bathroom even has TV to watch while soaking in the spa. Rooftop pool and bar are wonderful very relaxing with great views

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Pool is fantastic and the staff are great. Saved lots of money asking security to get me a blue bird taxi so we wouldn't pay overpriced cab fares.would definitely recommend.

Hotel staff are excellent, can't fault them. Room are modern. Location in middle of seminyak. Only thing is the breakfast at seminyak. Food hygiene is problem, Improvements would be covering bread or anything that need covering so insect don't land on food people will be eating. Salads are covered with flies and fruits. Should be made to order rather than buffet style. Other than those problem. I'll come back again.

Let me tell you this hotel one of the best hotels that I have booked. It is very beautiful and staff are very friendly and service very quick. I would highly recommended to very one. The restaurant is very nice and food delicious and they have discount for hotel residents.

Modern and clean room, and facilities (gym, pool). Staff are friendly. Location is great. However it is noisy at night, the sound of live music gets into the hotel room even with doors and windows closed.

Liked the vibes in this hotel. The room was very clean and maintained well everyday. The breakfast wasn't great, actually the food in general was just ok. There are lots of nicer restaurants close by.

Quite nice interesting modern interior. the room I had was quite spacious and nicely decorated. The staffs at front desk were very friendly and didn't have any problems in communicate but it seems like most of the staffs do not understand English. Had difficulties sorting problems. I asked for laundry last day but all my clothes came back very damp and the person who delivered the laundry didn't understand English at all so I had to ask front desk to send an English speaking staff to solve the problem. Breakfast was not that great. However, I was happy to stay and will recommend the hotel.

The location is just right for those who seeks anything at walks away. The room has nice lighting which make you comfortable for both busy morning or to rest. And I love the idea of having sliding mirror!

The location is Good if you prefer to be in the city. Seminyak area is good for shopping and partying. The hotel rooms are very best and clean. However they have a couple of mirrors in the rooms which are very dangerously placed and you are sure to bang into it atleast once during your stay. Otherwise the service is good. The breakfast is pretty ordinary.

The location is superb strategy, just stepped out the street and you will find a lots of nice cafe and restaurant. It's so happening area. The room design is just perfect and very clean. The staff always smile to you and friendly. I would recommended this hotel in seminyak

IZE is in a great location in Seminyak area. The hotel is very clean, love the rooftop pool, breakfast was really nice and I love how they served us, very kind and humble. Thank you for making my holiday so very meaningful and fun

Rooms: The 2 daily room clean-up was the first I've experienced and is testament to the excellent service at the hotel. Rooms were always very clean and the thick glass means you cannot hear the construction noise outside which was another very positive aspect.
Staff: The staff were excellent. Very attentive, friendly and were very fast with all requests. This was the biggest plus for us. Its easy to build a nice building but hard to train good staff and you guys have done a good job here.
Location: Very central with lots around the area to do.
Pool: Well covered from the sun which was excellent.

Came here for the rooftop pool/bar. I picked it over other places with rooftop pools because it offered some shaded area as well. The rooftop setup was good, as was the pool but the bar was lacking. It would be nice if it was to the same standard as their 'Single Malt' bar or at the very least a better standard.
As other guest have reported, the baths are dirty. Not dirty in the traditional sense but more like a stain/tinge that wouldn't wash away from a normal clean. Rainfall shower had plenty of pressure and heat, however, at 6' 1", didn't really feel like a rainfall shower to me; would be fine for people shorter than 6 foot.
Additionally, as another reviewer has mentioned, the bed pillows are way too thick. I've actually never seen pillows this thick in my whole life. Seriously, where do you buy pillows this thick? They should be about half as thick. I slept without a pillow each night as I was unable to get comfortable with my neck at such an aggressive angle.
I requested a quiet room in my booking and was placed in 609. From my estimate this would have to be one of the quietest rooms in the hotel and it was still quite loud until about 1:00 AM every night when the band would finish.
For the most part, I enjoyed my stay at IZE Seminyak. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were serviced every day and at a time that suited me. The Wifi was strong and fast (for Bali) where ever I went, this would probably change if the hotel was near capacity. The breakfast buffet was to an acceptable standard, the bacon was pretty ordinary but that seems to be the case at most places in Bali so not a deal breaker.
I wouldn't stay here again but would happily recommend it to family/friends. For the most part, it is perfectly fine to stay here and I don't think anyone who booked here would regret it. Having said that, if you value sleep or the notion of going to sleep before 1:00 AM, I strongly suggest you stay somewhere else.

This was our first time staying at this hotel/resort and we were not disappointed. It's a great looking hotel from the outside and just as good on the inside. Rooms were very tastefully done and modern. Staff were unbelievably friendly, courteous and attentive to all our needs. Staff remembered our names and our breakfast orders, etc. especially Wiy. The venue had live singers each night which was great. The rooftop pool is lovely but does only get afternoon sun. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean & rooms are a decent size, comfortable bed & good quality sheets, pillows & towels. The balcony in our room was very small & with no furniture so quite useless really. Also there was a new building going up next door which does not help the view from the room.
Pool area located on roof top which is lovely however it does not get any sun until late afternoon & sun lounges are in short supply. The pool area is quite small but does have a nice bar.
Breakfast buffet was average, nothing to rage about.
Cocktails were good & well priced & the bar has live entertainment which was great.
Staff were average, not overly attentive but not bad either. Service in all areas could be improved.

The location is brilliant if you don't want to catch a taxi. It's very central and the service was amazing. Rooms were clean and the rooftop pool is very lovely. However there is construction of a building right next door and the workers start clanging metal and drilling from 7am-1pm every day, so bring earplugs because we got very little sleep.

I was upgraded upon check in. I was informed that a complimentary airport transfer also will be provided since we are staying for 5 nights. However, we have made earlier arrangement on it so we did not make use of that service. Overall stay was definitely a pleasant experience. The room was clean, bed was so comfy and with fluffy pillow. Love the open hanging rail for our closet (we requested more hanger for our one week clothes). Staff was so hospitable & courteous. Never fail to greet us. Obviously, the location was at the heart of happening spot in Seminyak; restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, convenient store and in my case all those cafe hipsters ie. Revolver Espresso is just 3 minutes walking down the road. I like the modern deco of the hotel. Definitely will come back on my next trip to Bali. Hope to get upgraded again...

This hotel is in the perfect location in the middle of eat street for my group of 8 middle aged party animals. Hotel rooms are very modern and clean, pool area good but not for the sun worshipper, breakfast is very good and the restaurant is great for a casual evening meal with live music. The only let down in this otherwise excellent hotel was the bar. The Single Malt on first impression was a super cool Great Gatspy themed bar which was well furnished with leather couches and the like. However looks can be deceiving. It was strange that this cool place was empty but we soon discovered why. The noise from the techno drummer was very unsuited to the venue and would empty any bar. We stayed for a drink anyway as it was raining outside and were served the weakest most watered down and over priced drinks any of us had experienced in bali. No wonder this place is empty.

Cool little hotel, great breakfast...the roof top doesn't get a lot of sun during the day so if you're looking to sunbathe you may need to get creative. Staff are excellent and it's right in the heart of the action; beautiful restaurants and lively bars.

Somewhat new hotel with a fantastic location. One can walk to basically all the interesting spots in Seminyak. Also the beach is within walking distance of about 30 minutes or so.
Rooms are quite big and well equipped. Restaurant is cute and nicely situated in the front of the hotel so you can also sit outdoors and people watch.

I am quite upset with 2 issues,
1. I booked a deluxe jacuzzi room with king size bed, but was told to be given a double queen instead. If you do not have the ro om for me, you have upgrade me to what I have booked earlier.
2. I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but when I turned it on all the dirt flushed out into the bathtub. It was very dirty.
Generally, the location is good and quiet at night for sleeping. Breakfast is well prepared. Thank you lending us the travel adapters.

We stayed here for 7 days 6 nights. The location of the hotel is right on the strip of seminyak. Very busy but has a lot of restaurants up and down the strip. Its not great for shopping but has many boutiques which are priced like Aus $.
The rooftop pool & bar is a great place to relaxe around with nice breezes on a hot day.
The single malt whisky bar was great and my husband really enjoyed that as he is a big whisky collector and taster.
Our room a deluxe pool view room was great with a mini bar and your own pool area outside your door which is really good for privacy while swimming and relaxing and even has a bean bag outside to sit on, downfall was they had live music till 12 every night which is really good but if you come to relaxe and rest and have a deluxe pool view room which is at the bottom of the stairs then probably not a good idea to stay or to stay in a different room so you dont get the sound.
The breakfast buffet they had to offer was average as they only had a menu of a couple of things to choose from and when it arrived the potion was very small and on the buffet was the same thing everyday but overall the staff and service was good. 😊👍💜

Currently staying here - this hotel is located in a perfect location to all restaurants & bars. Yes some areas of the rooms need maintenance but I guess that comes with age. The gym is very small but the pool & bar area make up for this 😏 I would highly recommend staying here the staff are fantastic & location is walking distance or cheap cab - thank you IZE we will be back

Just home after a lovely seven nights in this hotel. Very clean and well appointed. Staff are wonderful. Easy location for access to Seminyak. Value for money.

The good: smart, clean rooms; friendly, efficient service; great location, delicious mojitos.
The not so good: wobbly wifi, wobbly cabinetry in room, hostess at front of cafe pounces on you every time you go within 2 metres of her, food in cafe not so great - the chefs would do well to stick to dishes they know.
