Hotel ini tergolong hotel lama yang mungkin dulu sangat berjaya di masa nya, hal ini terlihat dari furniture yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, kebersihan semakin wajib menjadi concern utama bagi pihak hotel. Berdasarkan pengalaman pada kunjungan terakhir Saya.. Saya melihat bahwa kebersihan kamar sangat kurang terjaga, banyak bercak air yang mengering di area kamar mandi, handuk mandi yang kusam dan sudah koyak, furniture di area kamar tidur pun berdebu. Menuru pengamatan Saya, hotel ini secara tampilan dapat dikatakan kalah jika dibandingkan dengan hotel-hotel baru lainnya, namun untuk sajian breakfast.. Santika tetap yang JUARA, rate-nya pun sangat masuk akal dan terjangkau. Selain itu, pelayanan dari para staff-nya ramah dan terasa begitu tulus, tidak lupa didukung juga dengan penampilan para staff yang rapi, bersih dan profesional.

Lokasi cukup strategis, fasilitas memadai, ada kolam renang, harga cukup mahal, menu breakfast sederhana and cenderung standard banget tidak sesuai dengan kelas hotelnya. Next time gak mungkin ke sini lagi.

Santika hotel @kuta, Bali is the best hotel. I very like this place. I can buy some food at Kentucky Fried Chicken across the street.

Brakefast was good. Room is above average, but internet speed not so good (download 1-2 MB/s).

From the airport they pick me till check in and get the special dinner and also surprise birthday for me it was awesome santika hotel kuta is my second home

The room is so comfy. Their service is great. It has good swimming pool. It is also not too far from the beach about 15mins by bike. Their food is so yummy. Unfortunately the tv in our room is broken.

Just came for a short conference, they served buffet food for participants and it taste OK. The staff were very polite and nice.

Price is reasonable, neat and clean room. If you drive, plenty of parking space. Need to walk about 15 mins to reach the famous Kuta Beach.

Wifi is very slow, I tested the speed and it was like in dial up age so don't expect much. The swimming pool is also very nice although we didn't swim at all. It's nice to sit on the side of the pool and relax. The hotel people are friendly and welcoming. From our room we could hear the noise from next door at night which is quite uncomfortable. All in all, pretty average and nothing special. But we really enjoyed our stay because we were too tired to notice anything imperfect.

Not recommended for tourist..entertainment are far from walking distance..for kuta tourist..better on hotel jl.kartika or jl pantai kuta

Nice budget hotel. If you're planning just for sleep and get some rest with small distance to kuta beach with reasonable budget

Good place for stay. Near legian and kuta beach. Swimming pool, tea time, wifi, parking lot are available.

spent 3 days for summer holiday with friend. friendly staff, clean room but the building doesn't have Balinese style more like a city hotel. most of the guests are for business. give 5 stars because of the great service. the food is so so, have to improve. overall nice experience with this hotel.

This is not a place for Westerners, just for locals, rooms are OK, but the breakfast food awful..
Breakfast just caters for locals and basics such as toast, cereals and juice very low quality.
If you're not eating breakfast here and room only is OK, but not in a good area either.
Need security guard to cross the road.. fights in the street at night...
Not to venture out alone is best.
This part of Kuta is not the best..

Budget hotel. Nice but not for those whos looking for fancy place. Because the quality of the place is the same with its price. Though the room is small, this place is clean, and nice enough for a budget hotel. Good for those with medium budget stay.

Good service and okay facilities. I spent a lovely honeymoon here. I had a bad experience with its telephone line but it was taken care of alright. No complain on the food.

Feels like home in Bali. They serve a nice breakfast, the location is strategic, but it's little bit crowd in front of the hotel. Just need to walk 15 minutes into Kuta Beach and 5 minutes only to Legian
