Cheap and clean hotel for backpackers. Friendly staff and good hotel management. The room is small but comfort. Enough for resting and sleep after your amazing journey in Bali. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Rooms were small but modern there was a fridge but no wardrobe and no windows . Tv had English channels and the WiFi was adequate. Housekeeping was poor we didn't get clean cups or glasses for the whole of our 5 day stay and they didn't replenish the coffee unless you asked. No pool to speak of just a jacuzzi that was a bit smelly because of nearby drains. I won't stay there again.

Very good location. Near to everything like food, restaurants, shops, beach. All within 20mins of walking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Value for money for budget hotel. Nice ambience and deco.

Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to Kuta/Legian beach, close to bars and clubs in Legian. Room was nice and tidy. Suitable for a budget minded travelers.

I stayed at this hotel for celebrating my bf's birthday. Everything was good. Room was clean, tidy and in good condition. Bfast was good at its best. But the only thing needs to be improved was the staff service. I've asked nothing but smile and greet from the staff even i just a local guest. Bcs the most important thing in hospitality are smile and greet. But overall everything was great and memorable

The location is great. The room rates are very affordable. Modern style hotel. Clean environment. I enjoyed this hotel alot as it is not open concept, it is fully air conditioned, so you can relax indoors and take a break from the heat. Down side about some of the rooms there is no window, and noise travels within the hotel, you can easily hear your neighbors. I requested a non smoking room but some how smoke was coming through the air vents. The breakfast buffet was filled with many options. I will surely be back again for my next visit.

Rooms are too small than expected or as in pictures.
Hospitality is just ok.
Food is good although.......
Very less options for veggies......
Excellent connectivity to the market
Taxis can be hired easily.
Authorised Currency exchange nearby.
I would rate 6/10.
Yet good for bachelors looking for budget accommodation.

It is situated on an ideal location, the market,beach and restaurants are nearby on a walking distance. The rooms are small hardly place to move. But comfortable and with proper amenities.

Staff are friendly but the room condition and cleanliness need to be improve. Stain on the pillow covers are not acceptable :(

Neo Kuta Jelantik was good location near cafes, kuta beach, and I love the Sate Babi at the corner of near street. The service was kind and friendly. Thank you Neo Hotel

Rooms are good. Breakfast is average. Small swimming pool. Access is difficult if you bring car or minibus. But it's very quiet

At First night we had room in first floor; there was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. At midnight staff at reception was listening music so loud that i couldnt sleep.. And then first in the morning we woke up very early 'cause of the staff + guests doing & having brekfast. We changed our room to second floor for rest our stay.
Wifi didnt work at all (if u were inside room) we have to sit on the floor next to door to make it work..
Second floor was quiet until some guest scream at the hallway before 8am every day... I was happy to come to stay neo, but..
Im bit a dissapointed, i have to be honest.
We came back, cause last time 5months ago everything was perfect; we had good nightsleep in your comfy+fresh bed, happy with all those tv channels, wifi was so amazing that i even called all the way back home be using it without any problem at all.
I dont know if i ever gonna come back again.

We were impressed by your hospitality especially with the friendly and helpful staffs. The rooms were neat and the bathroom hot water was working well. Not forgetting the delicious food prepared by the chefs. Please continue giving your excellent services to the patrons that visit your hotel. It really made the trip more enjoyable even during nyepi.

Neo Kuta Jelantik Hotel is an ideal place to stay at. I very well enjoyed staying there. It's easily one of the best hotels for its price. It's quiet and not full of party tourists staying there and the beds are very comfortable which gave me a great night of sleeping. Also not a lot of street noise either. The room has aircon, a mini fridge, and a flat screen TV. The room is provided with two clean towels and two complimentary small bottles of water everyday during house keeping. The bathroom has a nice shower and it's a good bathroom but was slightly small to move around in but still manageable. Wifi was great and I never had an issue with connection. The staff are happily nice and friendly. For food the restaurant is top notch. Food was excellent and the breakfast each morning was a highly pleasingly good breakfast buffet with plenty of different types of foods to choice from and was very well worth the extra fee to have included with my stay. There is laundry service avaliable which is great to have and there is also room service avaliable which makes your stay well pampered. I found the location to be central and ideal. It's about a 15 min walk to Kuta Beach and if you plan to go out on the nightlife to the clubs it's also about a 15 min to the area where you'll find Sky Garden and all the other popular clubs in that area. I definitely recommend Neo Kuta Jelantik hotel and I will consider coming back here again for sure.

Hotel located at a very convenient and 10 min walk to Legian Beach. Room was standard but a little cramped and no windows.

New hotel, very close to Legion, close to beach (5 minutes), excellent conditions (tv, hvac, WiFi), but have no own territory. It doesn't matter if you needn't it.

Hotel hv oly limited parking lot & vallet parking most of the time. Breakfast outside the hotel also good. Pork sate below the tree, just less 5 minute walk. Or try bali mix rice a few mtr away from htl. Otherwise take breakfast from htl for 50 k rupiah.

I enjoyed my stay here, the rooms were clean and well stocked. Small pool here but is about a 15 walk to the beach. Directly opposite a mart if you need drinks or a snack

I like this hotel, the bathroom facility is complete ( but the room is quite small for 2 people) and the location is TOP !! I never thought that this is located in the middle of legian. You just need to walk just few meters to get anyhing you need to do and see and eat in bali. For breakfast, just try the famous sate bawah pohon which is about 400m to the right side. It's A MUST ! Maybe i should try the massage & breakfast next time😊😀.

This hotel has the best staff I have ever stayed at! The facilities were pretty good, the price was incredible, and the hotel restaurant is very good as well, great food and cheaper than 90% of the places I have gone to in Bali. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Very, very helpful staff! I stayed at 4 different hotels while here and this one was by far the best! They have this bbq thing in Friday nights that you can not miss!

good price, helpful staff, decent buffet breakfast and comfortable bed. central location but a little too far from the beach. pool but so small and cold not sure anyone uses it.

Strategic place, located at Kuta. Beachwalk is only 2 km can be reach by taxi or walk. Staff were friendly and responsive. I would like to recommend this for couples and family if you like to stay in Kuta.
