Overall very good service, attentive personnel. Dont know mybe because we used the Royal King.
Need more lights in the ground floor and too many counters.
Our doctor was Dr. Arya Yudanegara, very kind and informative individual. He would suggest and advise you for the pre - ante delivery process.
For our baby, was Dr. Gustawan. He was also very kind and still taking care us till now.
The only uncomfortable moment was when we were in the case of emergeny due baby delivery, at the reception they asked only insurance status and directly offered us only the biggest 2 room classes because the rest were full - did not see many people nor transports though. Strange/funny.
However, we humbly thank everyone who took care of us and our baby.

Probably good at their job, but they rip tourists and their insurance companies off. Suggests to expensive tests and charge insane for medication that is way cheaper in the pharmacy.
The hospital itself is in big need of a renovation. The Emergency Room looks very old and is not very clean.
Very kind staff that speaks good English.
They also keep sending patients to the next hospital, where you have to pay even more, and you need to get back all the way to the hospital a few days later for getting the result from a blood test or whatever.
Come on, I know this is Indonesia, but it's 2018. Heard of email or phone?
But I guess you charge a little more for that last visit as well.

Registration was ok, staff was friendly. Cashier and medicine waiting area was crowded. In some day, you could smell sweat and nasty smell on the waiting hall. Waiting hall is very dark and just dont like the ambience. Went there for Dokter Umum, and not recomended. Especialy the small young chinese doctor who seems underestimate the symptoms i had. I regret that i had to meet him. Room facility was excellent. ER was best ER i have found in Bali. Quick respond and very profesional. Price was a bit more than Bali Med or Kasih Ibu. And the que was soooo loongg. Depends on ur need.
Good thing about this hospital is the service when you are hospitalize. Good facility service just like you stayin at the hotel.

Nearest hospital from home with good staff and comfortable services... Unfortunately there is no place to pray for muslim like other hospitals ( RS Kasih Ibu, RSAD etc)

International hospital with luxury rooms feel like star hotel during hospitalised. Insurance representative is big help for those who'd using it. Many great doctors are incharge

Rudest nurses and worst service, no communication whatsoever and bring cold food to your sick loved one! should not be a medical facility.

Avoid to be rip-off, they don't give you the right estimation before delivery the service, they change in the end with our asking your conformation and overcharge 3/4 time the drugs delivery price.In the end you come inside for a price and you go out +++40% then what they say. Misquoted estimation is the technique to rip-off you at the Bros Hospital.

What a ripoff. Spent about 20mins with the doctor to get a letter. The hospital charged me over 1,000,000 Rupiah. That's over $100Australian Dollars.
I've never paid anywhere close to that in my home country.

Good service but sometimes in after-work hour times.. The hospital can be soo crowded..
It took long time to wait for payment and the medicine.

If you're a westerner, check your expectations before you come here. it's no western hospital. that being said, it's one of the better places we've found in Bali. We've come here for a number of things. My girlfriend is pregnant and we saw two other doctors before we decided on one that we like here at BROS. Wish i could remember his name. It's Balinese and my girlfriend knows, but she likes him a lot. He's very thorough and is very current and maticulous with everything he does. I wasn't crazy about having my first child in Indonesia, but i feel comfortable here and more importantly, my girlfriend does, too.
Draw backs, I've waited over an hour to see the doctor on a number of ocassions. i came in for pneumonia once and the doctor didn't catch that I also had hep A. Found out when I returned to the States.
Regrdless, i still like this hospital. just be sure to do your won research on prescriptions and treatment, regardless of what hospital you use.

my mom finger got pinched, i took to the ER, the doctor in ER only look at it, and refuse to do it and give the rest to the nurse to deal with it. from my perspective she was a young doctor and a little bit scarry to look after my mom injury, what a shame

Nice service from all staffs from the doctor till their nurses, their perform so nice, tidy and good looking, overall service, I satisfied, just minus point comes from Smell of the bathroom and also the cleaner need to do their job seriously to keep the room nice and tidy.

Stay far away from pediatrician Dr Sanjaya who gave my daughter 6 days old wrong diagnoses. He assumed that my daughter 6 days old need light treatment due to high risk level of bilirubin in the blood. The analysis of the blood was far below the risk zone which I could confirm from 3 different dialogs with 3 different hospitals in Europe. This doctor focus only on economic profit instead of giving right treatment. Shame on you and on this sick mentality.
