I went into Bali 911 to get 6 crowns after reading other positive reviews.

After going in for the initial consultation, I should have gone with my gut and had a second opinion, but I decided to go ahead with the treatment.

I had the impression taken of my teeth so they could send them off to the lab to have the temporary teeth created. I returned 2 days later where they filed down my teeth, took more impressions and put on the temporary teeth.

During this procedure, they were adding too much putty when taking the impressions, so I nearly choked on the putty numerous times as they have to take multiple impressions.

Then they added the temporary teeth, which were far too long and they were all different lengths. As I was not happy they asked me to come back in 24 hours and they would create more.

I came back a day later and they added the new temporary teeth. These were perfect. Really good size and suited my face structure. I asked them to make the porcelain crowns identical to these.

I returned 5 days later and they took off my temporaries, and inserted the crowns to see how they looked. They were horrible. Each were different lengths, there were gaps in between my front teeth and they were crooked.

They put the temporary teeth back on and asked me to return in 48 hours while they created the new crowns. I came back 2 days later and the crowns were again crooked, different lengths and had a slight gap in between my front teeth.

Unfortunately I was flying out the next day so they didn't have time to send them back to the lab. Instead, I had to have them inserted and then they added porcelain caps to 2 of the crowns to lengthen them and straighten them out.

I was furious and did not end up paying for these 2 crowns, but did pay for the other 4 crowns. They didn't see any problems with asking me to fly back to Bali to have them fixed at a later date (I live in Australia).

One of the caps on the crowns has already fallen off a few days later. I've now left the country so can't do anything except go to another dentist to have the final 2 crowns made.

Overall, I would NOT recommend Bali 911 Dental. The communication was shocking, they didn't talk me through the procedure, they had multiple chances to fix the crowns and did not.

Make sure you do your own research before visiting a dentist if your looking to have crowns or veneers done. I'm assuming half of the reviews on this page are fake.

I was recommended BALI 911 by a friend in Australia after I was quoted $7500 to fix my teeth. I had read very mixed reviews... and I read A LOT of them! I was extremely nervous about going but decided to trust my friend more. I had root canals, porcelain crowns, 2 extractions that I was quoted in Australia $400 each because they had to be done by a specialist, 2 fillings, xrays and pain killers. In total it cost me $1350!! I had absolutely zero pain during and after (I'm terrified of dentists because of this). It took 3 visits in total over a period of 7 days. For the first time in over a year I can finally chew with no pain. I nearly cried when it was all finished. I honestly couldn't believe how well it all went and how natural my new teeth look. Thank you so much BALI 911. You honestly were fantastic and I am forever grateful.

Good services

I had two molar crowns done and had no issues with 911. The service is very friendly, appears slightly disorganised at times but they seem to get to you close to your appointment time. There are a diverse range of reviews here which I have read but can honestly say I had no issues at all with the work done. There are a lot of dental tourists from Australia in the waiting room. There is a lot of noise in the clinic, both in the consultation room and outside which is a cultural difference that takes some getting used to. Also people coming in and out constantly. The talking never seems to stop and can be very loud. Would recommend this place to others.

I used Bali911 for cosmetic dental - 3x new porcelain front teeth, a porcelain cap for an existing root canal, and the zoom whitening procedure. I am extremely happy with the outcome, and it was cheap ($2500aud total, versus more than 5x that for the same thing in Australia).

That being said - I got my root canal done in Australia, because surgical (non-costmetic) procedures I much prefer to do locally, in case anything goes wrong. The root canal cost me $950 in Australia, but I know 100% I was going to be looked after with the best possible care if something went wrong.

So my recommendation is - use these guys for all the cosmetic work to save a truckload of $, but do the medical procedures (root canals, implants etc) at home.

BE VERY CAREFUL! You get what you pay for. I saw that they had 4 stars on this google review and that a lot of Australians use this clinic as a cheap alternative so I thought it was safe. I made a big mistake by choosing this clinic! I went in for a root canal of one tooth which lasted for 4 hours and they still were unable to remove all of the roots. So now I still have to find another endodontist to complete the procedure. I specifically listed that I am allergic to penicillin and this is the antibiotic that they gave me. During the whole procedure I was given 21 X-Rays with no lead vest as they claimed they could not find the root. During the procedure the women were talking and laughing among themselves, resulting in me getting poked in the lips with the drill several times. If you want to experience a real nightmare while in Bali, I definitely recommend this place.

Verry bad experience. Doctors are not like before... not recommended

Had root canal done in may 2015. One of the canals was drilled through causing infection in the gum leading to damage to nerves in the gum. Tooth had been capped before procedure . Now tooth has been removed by oral surgery. A year of pain and expense. Now needs implant to replace dodgy work. It's cheap but it can be nasty. I regret my choice.

Had an implant done end of January - this has now come loose and i will be going elsewhere to have the work that i have paid for done by another dentist. They love to take your cash but not hear about the faulty workmanship done. I have noticed the hygiene standards dramatically drop in the last 14 months - blood on the light above my head and the metal instruments although still in a "plastic" wrap - fall onto a filthy tray and then used in a patients mouth. Go elsewhere if you don't fancy catching some kind of HEP disease or worse HIV
I only gave 1 star otherwise i couldn't post - Very Disappointing

I was quoted in Aus for root canal and crown on one tooth $2500.00 which I could not afford. On suggest from my sister in law who has had dental work done at Bali 911 in the past.
I came to Bali 911 to have root canal on a molar tooth I was also going to talk to the dentist about implant for my front tooth. He came up with suggestion to have a three crown bridge as I have already crowns on either side . I was so grateful at his suggestion as this is so much cheaper than implant and saves me the expense of coming back in three months time to complete the implant.
I saw Dr Indra Guizot and cannot praise him highly enough. He is a very professional and excellent dentist
All up for 4 Crowns ( 1 being a 3 crown bridge) and a root canal AU$1600

I FELT LIKE AN ATM MACHINE WITH NO FEELINGS.
It looks professional but you can feel already by interior decoration that it will not get cheep. The normal price for an implant in Denpasar is max 17 milj. Here they charge 24 milj.
I recommend Bangkok with long experience as teeth important to Thai people and there prices are reasonable.

Fantastic people and service! I'm from Western Australia and had one front tooth implant done. First class technology, hygiene, anesthesia and patient/Doctor relations. Thoroughly recommend.

After many years of delay I was recommended by a friend to Bali 911. In two visits I went from having disgusting teeth and avoided smiling to having fantastic teeth with a great smile. The premises are very clean and hygienic and the staff team at 911 are absolutely great with a professional and caring approach at half the price than back home.I would not hesitate in recommending 911 dental clinic to anyone whether its bridge work, implants, crowns or just a simple filling.
