while trying to book a car, took them long to answer. on the day when the car was supposed to arrive at 10.30 am, the driver brought the car ~2 hrs later (we were staying in Kuta). the car was pretty ancient. the following day we had to ask to change the car as the engine could simply stop working during the movement and not start again (which as the matter of fact happened in the middle of the street). they gave us a bit better and newer car. a bit. when trying to drive uphill, the engine would go dead (nobody from the rental warned of such fun possibilities) and we got ourselves several times into dangerous situations one of which happened in the mountain area and we bumped into the pile of rocks breaking the back headlight. upon returning the car, the owner demanded 700 000 IDR for the damage. yay!

Very fine people, easy going , service oriented. Trust worthy. I rent every time with them , no problem.

I recommend Auto Bali to all persons wanting to rent a car in Bali.
I fly into DPS a lot so reliability is paramount. Auto Bali communicate perfectly with me utilising SMS and email. They are obliging and courteous beyond the call.
