So many unpleasant experiences, especially on their hygiene and there was several equipments/tools that didn't work well. However the hotel staffs were very helpful and fast response

This is the best mid luxury design, some room provided with private pool which is very confortable for who love privacy with quite cheap afforable price

I did this when Mount Agung erupted. So silent in here. Romantic to do honeymoon. Excellent service from the guest keeper

Very good place. Rates are affordable to pocket. Service is good. Staff is very very polite and eager to help you out. We had a problem with one room, they immediately offered the other. They have recently opened a roof top as well for the visitors which we can visit in the evening.

It is good at the first time I thought but not well maintain cause it didn't look like in the picture. 1st time we got room 218 but it is very noisy from the road because the balcony door not well close. And the bathroom tap is not working well. After complaint, they change our room.
Staff is nice and polite, but the hotel is poorly maintain, if it maintain well I think it is gonna be great because the room is very spacious and the furnish is good.
It is also dark near the hotel outside area and no food near.

Limited vegetarian options, but they were kind enough to offer us french fries for breakfast. There is one balimart nearby other than which there is absolutely nothing. The area doesn't have any street lights during the night and it can turn scary. We stayed in room 312 which doesn't get wifi signal and the safety box was not working either. Had to change to another room which was okay but small. The hotel needs some serious maintenance. Stay away from this place if you are a vegetarian.

Not what it seems the pictures on their website are a few years out of date quite a few maintenance issues staff were brilliant can't fault them.Management need to start putting things right could be a good hotel

I've been on vacation here for 3 months.Its feels great,But we've encountered some technical problem and the technician taking time too long to handle it! But that's ok!

Suite room Ok. Near Airport to use Gojek or Grab. Rp.20.000. I forgot my kindle and they found it so I can took back from Airport. Thanks. Recommended for family or business going to Bali.

Wow. Disgusting, no hot water, broken shower head, must plug everything in yourself, lights not working, toilet doesn't flush, power outlets not working, smells of gas, not all lights can be turned off. If you want to have a rest, there are Better options. If you want to have a GOOD rest, this isn't really the place.

Its nice hotel compare to the price but the location is a bit far from anywhere, need vehicle to go anywhere. The design is nice, staffs are very helpful, it's good place to rest n relax in the suite. We got free upgrade room and we thankful for that, since we're traveling with kids.
Room is spacious well featured, the kids love it. It's just they need to put more attention on the cleanliness of the room. The cleaning staffs are a bit dull. Many dust and web in some corner of the room.
Need more variation on the breakfast. We stay 4 N here and get a bit bored with breakfast.
A side of all that, we love it here. Definitely might come back here again. Specially if we get free upgrade again. Cheers!

Did not meet expectations. No service at all. Even basic services greeting upon arrival. I've stayed at executive suite 318. wonder why it's called executive suite, but bathroom without hot water, bathtub drainage stucked, shower leaking, curtains with hook stucked in the middle, room slipper upon request.

The toilet in our room was flooded, breakfast very bad, friendly staff, The room for the bathup very dark, makes the atmosphere so creepy and not interested to soak . Please expand car parking.

Having stayed in Bali for 8 nights and in 3 places like Sanur, Nusa Dua and Seminyak, Amaroosa gave us the worst experience of the lot. Rooms are dingy, have low light in bathroom, they have cleanliness issues, low staff capacity hence you may get unattended. The suite is located in quite interior of the city and it's too far from the closest Pantai beach. We hated it. Not value for money at all.

If you want a taste of luxury when on a budget, go for it! They do need to work on tiny details like rusted pipes and insects around the pool but the place is worth it if you are paying around $60 a night! Go for the pool suite.

We were upgraded to a pool room here and it was the best room we had on our trip!! Considering the budget friendly rates, and the proximity to nusa dua beach, this was a fantastic find. If you still want to be able to sight see and not spend ridiculous amount for the 5 star resorts in Nusa Dua, this is the perfect place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and welcomed us easily. Lovely pool and fantastic views.

Poorly maintained hotel.. could been better..
A good hotel but any hotel after 4 years no maintenance will be ruin..
We booked a suite room hoping it will be at their best shape.. but door lock was not working.balcony door unable to closed..
Room was smelly when we got in.. still dirt here and there.. some lights not working.. exhaust fan on both bathroom not working..
Complain about it only the balcony door and the lights they fix.
After 1 day cleaning merely the same.. no mineral water.. sugar and coffee are not added..
Had to ask then they send it.
With this price you can find better hotel at nusa dua.

Hahhha. This hotel is a big joke. Bought 3d2n stay but could only bare to stay 1 night. Immediately booked another hotel at night via online. The floor was amazingly sticky with no sandals available, the AC was awful, it made us woke up with lots of sweat in the morning and during the night. The bed made our body itchy. Poor breakfast. Spent money for nothing but regrets.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been to!! The blankets hadstain on it, the bathroom was very dirty!! Not to mention their towels weren't clean enough plus..there didn't have any shampoo and body soap!! Also, it had fungus in their fridge!!I don't think it deserves 4 stars!!! Amaroossa, nusadua, Bali deserve only 1 star!!!!!!

Saya mengikuti sebuah konferensi di Bali lalu mendapatkan hotel ini. Tapi sangat mengecewakan. Kamar sangat kotor. Toilet kotor. Shower dan kran rusak. Suasana Kamar gelap. Lantai lengket-lengket. Baju pengap. Kasur bercak2 kurang bersih. Berdebu. Lorong menuju Kamar saya gelap dan bau seperti selokan. Not recommended. Pengalaman buruk menginap di hotel yang menyebutnya bintang 4.

Staff namely Christian Ferry scamming and extorting clients/tourists. Christian borrowed a lot of money from us claiming his child was sick. Him being a christian church going person with morals and values, we helped, only never to hear from him again. He should not be allowed to work in the tourist industry. Shame to him and anyone who employs him.

Im particularly disappointed with the service.
I called the receptionist to send a wine bottle opener to my room on friday, 6 Dec 2013, nite at 9pm, but never delivered.
On saturday morning, 7 dec 2013, i called the receptionist to send technician to check the toilet in my room, only to arrive at my room 1,5 hours later.
Breakfast was okay, not many choices of food.
Manager must pay attention to maintenance in each room. the toilet in my room didnt have good suction power. the exhaust fan in my friend's room was broken. the sliding doors was difficult to operate.
