Conveniently located in Jimbaran. Great selection of household items, tools and equipment, and personal interest items. Prices comparable to the other big merchandisers in Kuta, so avoid the headache of the traffic.

Ace the helpful place. Lots of items not available. Staff here not as friendly and efficient as the Kuta central branch

Good quality brands and located in Nusa Dua which is easy to reach from Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Pecatu and the area nearby.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
This was my second visit to this place and I felt the service provided by the staff were very disappointing . Maybe not all the staff, the trainee are very much better than them. Instead of helping me who confuse about something, they did gossipy. I think the management should consider the training program to all of the staff. I think Ace hardware in my city (semarang) is way better than this place. They treat customer like king, but not with this place. Just because i don't dress to impress it doesn't mean that I don't have money at all. I planned to spend my money for buying some home goods in this place. They shouldn't distinguish guest by the look. This was very embarrassing. When I was paying for the bill, the cashier even did not recognise me who stand in front of them for couple of minutes. They even spoke to me which was considered as a not professional behaviour. It was very pity as Ace Hardware are very famous and very popular by its customer service. If you are local people like me and just having a simple outfit please do not entered this place because they only serve people who are good looking and stand out. Better you buy Ace Hardware stuff in Galeria or Kuta Central Park which they do not distinguish guest by how they look. Thank you very much.

Absolutely overpricing, staff cannot speak English, just maybe one, there are so many staff, but if you have question, nobody can help, looking at each other.... You can find things cheaper around there. Use only in case you really do not have any other option.

PELAYANAN SERVICE ACE NUSA DUA "SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL"..
Tgl 25/09-17 saya service Air cooler yg di beli belum 1 thn tp ud bermasalah, akhirnya tgl 16 Nov 17 saya baru tau klo ud selesai di service.
Semua tanpa pemberitahuan sama sekali & mesti saya sendiri yg bolak balik cari dmn posisi barang saya.
Saya gakan lg berurusan dg Ace soal barang electronic, service after sales nya KACAU..

Interesting hardware store. Has many items that are just not available elsewhere. Off road parking is available.

Excellent variety although some are rather pricey. Definitely a place to come for anything you need with good designs and quality.

If you have a problem for fixing anything at home, just come to this place to get the solution.. 👍👍👍kitchen, garden, living room, bedroom >> they have good accesories for your house, from fixing to decorate...
