We were there for the CNY weekend from 15 to 18 February 2018 and Alex Saputro was our guide/driver and he was fantastic. His history and current affairs knowledge is tip top, his care and concern for his guests is amazing (I cant thank him enough for taking good care of my parents) and his driving is no less than great, we felt safe and secure no matter what the road conditions are. A big thank you to Kak Amie too for entertaining my endless whatsapp prior to the trip as I'd requested some changes to the places to visit and to be on her personal car on the trip, we are just honoured and humbled.
Totally recommend him and Raun Sumatra for anyone wishing to visit Bukittinggi and Padang.
