Too crowded, take too long waiting for food. Not enough human resources i guess. Food not as good as it used to be.Aditya S
If you have been in Tim Ho Wan Spore or Hong Kong, this Tim Ho Wan in Pantai Indah Kapuk will be a dissapointment. Foods are good, not bad, but it is not up to expectation equal or near quality level of their sister stores in Spore or Hong Kong. Services is slow and ignored when busy. You need to follow up at least three times before serving even for simple bottle of mineral water, unless you raises voice on second attemp, like many people do there. I was once there for breakfast week day, same slow respond. So i guess, it is an attitude issue rather than man power deficiency. There is only one restroom at the back, for both male and female, so during busy it can be a problem. Several times there, it is in a clean and good order. The compressor or blower is howling hard and loud, so overwhelming the poor sound system. Parking is a problem. Tim Ho Wan Pantai Indah Kapuk is located inside a row of rukos with only one row parking space in front of the stores. It is located in main way towards toll way, so parking across the road or outside on side roads are not recommendable. Many restaurants are available in this area, the isdud is choosing one that suits your appetite at the time. More restaurants are to be explored in this areaRiny陈信玲
Good food but too crowded insideBing Surjawan
Seems to be always busy. Most times need to wait for a table. Dim sum is excelent. The pork barbeque bun is the specialty. But other items in the menu is also superb. Now also offering lunch sets. Service is reasonable.Andrew
The restaurant is poorly lit, smells like sewer (apparently most restaurants in the row have the same smell problem), and tables were greasy while toilet was obviously not cleaned. When we mentioned the sour cabbage soup (an accompaniment to our noodles) was overly salty, the server simply stated that it was supposed to be that salty. The price is similar to that of restaurants in the same row, but quality was only comparable to Jakarta hawker food.
