It was a pleasant experience with this hotel. When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us warmly. After checked in, we couldn’t find any bell boy to help us until we asked for one. And we arrived at 2/3 p.m not like late at night.
The room is spacious and the bathroom also has a proper size. The downside is there’s no toilet shower which is such a dealbreaker for my mom and grandma.
The breakfast choices are great and it tastes okay. When we waited to be picked up after breakfast, a lady greeted us and asked about our trip which won my mom’s heart. The hospitality sure will make my mom choose this hotel again IF ONLY there’s a toilet shower in it lol.

Being a 3 star hotel, they will make you feel like a 5 star hotel. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. I personally felt the hotel staff went an extra mile to help their customers. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was their food. Most of the times the chicken they served was too stiff. But my overall experience at Swiss Belin Kemayoran was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to have a meeting with a big meeting room and nice food. Nevertheless, the parking lot is pretty small. Quite hard to park your SUV here. :)

Rooms clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet selection, and wide range of dishes at the restaurant. Limited gym facilities (three cardio machines and two weight machines).

Room is cozy. Overall good view with minor flaw on the structure cleanliness.
Breakfast is slightly above average.

Room facility and food was pretty good, but employee greeting when i get for my breakfast was bad, less smile from the employee.

The hotel itself is nice. When I got to the room. I picked the suite one. It was big enough for 2 people, and really have space compared to the other type of room. For the bathroom, I think it's all the same for any kind of room. The minus is, it is located far from heart of the city, so finding some food for lunch or dinner is quite difficult. I've got to use Go-Food (thanks to Gojek) when I want to have my lunch. Overall, I gave 5 stars because I was enjoyed staying here.

Nice place to stay. Comfy bed, excellent service. The location is very strategic, near to many places.
The breakfast menu is not so good. Can be improved.

Often using Swiss Bell for our meeting or organisation event . nice meeting room esp. Libra room. Good and wide lense projector, good sound system , clean carpet ,and chair linen . but the pencil you give us is too hard not bold and soft, or even Swiss bell's pen is in poor quality .
All baquet staff is very polite, kind, so human, and caring to us, what we ask, they serve it . and The Coffee break? A delicious coffee may not change ever . hehehee . later i will review about the room yaa
