Serve from heart. Give the best they could give. They also help stray cats and dogs in need. For animal rescue, they will give special policies. As long as you tell them the truth.

They have the most convinience pet hotel. Separataion between cat and dog. They also has special care room for VVIP and swimmung pool for hydrotheraphy. The building are set with fire alarm and smoke detector system. Your love one, is in the right hand.

I love this Clinic we have our baby cat Mylo after we try other several clinic we come here due the friendly dokter dokter eka when i call her for some urgent she is explain and made my appoitment
when we go there they saparate dog and cat area for clinic
and our cat is getting better thru accupunture ( i just know about this when we have to this to Mylo)
Dr Eka and team and Pak tyo one of the best people in there

Most HOPELESS vet clinic I have
ever visited in indonesia. Eka is just doing business no feelings for pets at all. With my own experience am commenting today. My dog got operated by Dr.Mila who is just a puppet of Dr.Eka. After the operation everyday was calling to check my dog and they were saying he was doing well and recovering fast. But when I visited the clinic after 4 days I saw my pets stitch was open. Eka said not to worry as it is normal, but it was big opening. my puppy's pee was dark yellow and I sent the picture to them after bring the pet home. But again the answer was "its normal". Eka's biggest problem is she doesn't want to accept her fault that they failed to take good care of my pet. When I paid full amount in advance operation and boarding, it was their suggestion to leave the pet dey after operation so that he can recover fast but I would say she is the worst vet Dr I have ever met. They would have killed my pet who is my son not my pet. That's how I am taking care of him. After me warning her staff, that am going to put the picture of stitch opening area on their web site, then they started calling me everyday to check how he is doing and if they can do a home visit to do regular check up one day. Dr. Mila (one of Pet vet staff) visited my home and started apologizing but my pet's stitches didn't get healed. So we had to do another operation and Dr.Nyoman from petsmile clinic did a great job and my pet got recovered in just 2 days. I would to say if you love your pet like your child never take the risk when it comes to operation by Dr.Eka or her staff's....

Update December 2017:
They just finished renovating and have a new lobby which is very nice as well as good pet hotel and hospital facilities. The Vets there are still top notch.

Update June 2017: they have separate entries now for dogs and cats and their pet hotel has completed construction. They are even better now

We were so glad to find an English speaking and very attentive Vet in Dr. Yayan. Amazing service and also very engaging. They are expanding their facilities at the moment which was great news for us as we were also concerned about where to put our babies when we have to travel. Highly recommended Vet

One of the best vets in Jakarta. They also run a pet hotel in this same property. Complete with swimming pools for the pets. The people who work here truly care and LOVES pets!

amazing, a really amazing pet shop, it opens 24 hours except in the weekend, the Vets is really passionate with and works with their heart, the place it self is very clean and have a good smell, not like the others.

they give the best they could, recently I found a cat lied down at the side of the road after being hit by motorbike, I was like confused and got panicked. so I searched nearest vet from my location in google , and took her to the vet immediately.
