Menya Sakura is the only ramen restaurant that serves authentic Tsukemen. I say authentic because they're the only one that serves cold thick noodles and thick broth as the soup, although unfortunately they don't have the "soup wari." I have also been to their other branches on Gandaria City and Lotte Mart and I always have the Tsukemen.
When I first visited the Emporium Pluit branch and ordered the Tsukemen, the waiter informed me that the noodles will be cold, which is understandable since they presume people wouldn't know. However on my second visit, the waiter asked if I want the noodle to be cold or hot and to my disappointment, they got it wrong. I asked for cold noodle and they made it hot.
Additional info, you can have an extra half portion of the noodle for free.

Good tonkatsu ramen broth, thick and juicy. Consistent flavours and bouncy firm noodles and surprisingly no queues for such!

I am a big fan of Menya Sakura, I personally think that it is the best ramen in Jakarta.
However I am a bit disappointed with this branch. This is my 2nd visit and nothing has really changed since the 1st visit when they just openned.
The broth is not as thick as the lotte avenue original branch and tasteless. The tamago is too salty.
I would suggest that the cook get more training from the original branch.
Service was fast though to be fair.
And if you want to try menya sakura, I suggest you to go to Lotte Shopping Avenue-their first and original branch.
