do not come here on monday or friday!! the doctor who is responsible on those days really gave up treating my dog just beacuse my dog was "too hard to handle" while in reality my dog was just too scared to enter the room so he went on defensive mode (how come vet couldn't handle situation like that?!) and she also taught us to BEAT our dog to teach him lessons! and then after all the "lectures" she literally kicked us out from the room and hurriedly called the next patient (she really has no manners). I have to pay the bill even though the doctor didn't even touch my dog! this is so messed up. (note: while the doctor "lectured" us, me and my mom didn't do nor say anything. there's no reason for her to got mad at us technically)

Very nice doctor. She really nice with my dog and have a good diagnostic skill. But her employees a little bit rough to the dog

place is small n often crowded with long queue but doctors are informative, helpful and smart, should expand the place ????????

Our two Corgis get their vaccination done here. Look for drh. Evelin for vaccination, our dogs didn't feel any pain when getting their shots.
If you have questions or seek advice, she will gladly answer.
As for drh. Magda herself, I have witnessed someone else's dog that got shot by airgun and drh. Magda is the one who took the bullet out.
From dog owners community I read many heavy cases that requires surgery were brought to drh. Magda, because people know she's one of the best.

This is one of the best doctor ever, the best vet ever in Jakarta-Indonesia as she also help so many race of dogs and cats with different kind of cases from Animal Defenders which is the famous and the best group of dogs and cats been rescued in indonesia. Highly recommended for those whom has pet.

One stop pet clinic. Services include x-rays, blood exam, ultrasound, vaccination, spay, neuter, etc. Always crowded, especially on Monday, Thursday and Saturday where Vet Magda practises. The clinic opens around 3pm, but some patients come before. If you decided to come late (after 8pm) you have to register first.

Long queue, need better system for queue, eg; some LED board to show which numbers next, I get skipped because I didn't hear some nurse calling my numbers ðŸ§

The doctor closest to a real life Dr House* for pets.. by far the best vet i have encountered.. thank you Bu Doc for always taking the best care of my kids.. not too worry, she's a very nice doctor (unlike grouchy Dr House)
*of the tv show House, MD which is based on Sherlock Holmes, which in turn was based on a real doctor

The best doctor in town they said, but please, the staff? The receptionist? Hope they hired staff with kind heart and humble at least to animal. She only nice with ones that familiar or fancy. Dont they at least hire someone with nice heart with animal, any kind of animal, dome or fancy breed.

Best vet I known, long queue but worth the wait. Some people might complain about the receptionist they havr. But that's okay for me, i am looking for the best hand to handle my pets, noy the best greeting for myself.
My puppy was cured from distemper with Dr.Magda's help in 2009 while other vet has recommended me to put my puppy down, and i have been a loyal customer since then. Her assistants are also passionate handling all pets to help the vet work.
Thank you vet Magda, vet Rini, vet Chien and vet Evelin.

Receptionist is not friendly and not helpful. Bad experince for the first timer. Arrogant and ignorance!

very proffesional vet. i recommend to bring your pets here. a little bit queue, but thats just to show how good they are on the job.

I always take my dogs here, I'd highly recommend it. The doctors and team are professional and very friendly unlike other well-known vets I've visited.

Mostly all pet lovers know this pet klinik..dr magda is very recommended , she's very patient n kind..she's an animal lover...but get ready for the long queque can be until midnight

I had my dog hospitalized for almost a week. The doctor is okay, they treat your dog professionally. However, I have a concern about how their inpatient staff treat my dog. Also about the hygiene and the room space for the inpatients.
