You make a booking get confirmation and when you want to pick up the vehicle they say sorry they don’t have any available. They can then offer you a vehicle with driver available that is not what was requested or booked and confirmed by the company. Stay away as far as possible they are scammers and don’t commit to reservations confirmed by them

Promised to meet at hotel to collect car. But got the date wrong and didn't respond on the actual day. Didn't pick up calls and didn't even have the courtesy to say he is not coming.
Update:
In the end he responded. Was late. Maybe cause pickup too early. But should have informed.
Only mention Avanza similar car, did not state what will be the car. It was some van like looking vehicle, manual.

I rented a car from his website, paying 160 dollars for 4 days rent. When I arrived at the airport, he (Mr. Lubis) sent his staff to pick me up and on the half way he met us on an hotel, not in his office which I doubt he has. He said that he doesn't have the car I rented and he can give us another car and he wanted me to sign a very simple contract in Indonesian language. I refused to sign something that I don't understand. He said that this is the only thing he has. And after discussing the situation with him, I said that I can't sign it and want my money back. He said "ok, I will refund your money tomorrow when I'm at the office". Following day I called him and he didn't take my calls and didn't respond my messages. The second day I called from an unknown number, he took the phone and said that he will pay in cash tonight at my hotel. After waiting for him hours and hours he never appeared. He doesn't take any calls now and I have to leave the country. He's a professional cheater. NEVER rent here if you come from out of Indonesia.
