We lost our luggage and they are said will send the luggage to our hotel but until we want to check out and back to Jakarta, they are not send the luggage to us. We has try few time to call lion customer service but the number its not active also no any confirmation to us. We just stay 2 day in samosir and will back to Jakarta on Friday.
Update : We flight on friday 20/01/17 arrived airport 13.20 we go straight to loss and found lion. They said the luagage on the way to send to samosir. We try to explain if in luagage any the key of our home and we will flight to Jakarta on 17.45. They try call the driver who bring our luagage to send back to airport and we waiting 1 hours and we got the luagage. The staff also help us to check in. Thank you for help.
