Love my stay here. The bed is covered with kelambu and makes you feel like royalty. The sounds of the river beside is really calming. Watchout if you bring luggage here because from the carpark you need to bring your luggage through a bridge across big river nad its keep shaking.
The bamboo architecture in their main receptionist and restaurants is splendid. When I was there, they provided me with Durians. A lot of Durians.
Love and will come here again.

Awesome place directly border with national park leuser mountain. Nice and clean room, cool resto kapal bamboo resto, nice food and i like morning fresh can hear and see the river flow from my breakfast table. Alot of trees and gardens area

Very nice resort next to the jungle. You can book a jungletour at the resort. Food in the restaurant is also good.

Very over priced. Nothing special. Not ecological. No soap or toiletries provided. I would've expected toiletries and a towel to be provided at this price. They allow jungle guides into the restaurant who hassle you to go on walks with them even when you've booked with other companies. Avoid it, there are cheaper, nicer places to stay in the same area with better food at better prices. I left to stay at Idah guest house.

Amazing place, very nice rooms, the bathroom is amazing. Excellent food. The lounge area has a very good design. The tour to see the orangutans is fantastic. Super recomended!

Ok. Located more in the shabby part of town ecolodge has a pretty neat restaurant with a nice new bamboo building. The rooms are located in a sweat little garden but the huts are a bit worn out and sure look a little different then on the pictures.
The food from the menu is ok but the breakfast was not good at all. Pancakes with burnt chocolate sauce....
All day you will see a lot of monkeys running around the huts and restaurants which is quite fun to watch.
Wifi is good but only available at the restaurant.

It's an unforgettable memory for ever staying in this Cool Hotel. it was cheap and good services. Located in bukit Lawang, one the most beautiful tourist attraction in North Sumatra makes this hotel more interesting. my family stay here for 3 days and it gives us a lot of interesting things. also really like the Bamboo Restaurant. over all the coolest nature hotel concept i ever visited.

Amazing bamboo construct nestled into the valley along with the rest of the village. It really is the 'door to Lawang' and the gateway to the Jungle. Beautiful!

The cottages are very nice and clean, but make sure you got your mosquito repellent because there will be a lot of them around. Some monkeys and other animal might be around too especially in the early morning. Very close to the river to swim or tube, and just outside the Gunung Leuser National Park.

Einfache saubere zweckmässige Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, was auf die Eignerin Frau Regina Frei und ihre Unterstützung leider nicht zutrifft. Gutes preiswertes Essen.
