The place is awesome. Has a very good services. It's also has a good parking place. Very recomended for all races. The food is halal.

This hotel is only one 4 stars hotel in Banda Aceh. The hotel is so confortable with the best service from all the staffs. The restaurant of this hotel have so delicious food with professional cheff. The hotel also have a swimming pool that we can swim with or without stay at this hotel. They have very complete types of room. And the room is so confortable and modern toilet. This hotel is highly recommended to stay alone or with your family.

5 star hotel. Worth the price but the breakfast is ordinary. No Aceh foods served.

Too many chained doors when trying to leave the building. It seems like a military compound rather than a 4 star hotel

The Hermes Palace Hotel Banda Aceh is very comfortable clean tidy the waiter is also friendly. the price is also quite affordable

Reasonable hotel. Breakfast is good. Smoking near the pool and one floor reserved for smokers. Pool does not open until 08:00. Pak Andy showed us around town and the surroundings with a lot of humor.

Everything is perfect (breakfast ,check-in process, musholla, porter service, pool and etc. ) , except for the room design & condition ; today is 2017 and I think they should take seriously for its refurbishment because it was already known as the most luxurious hotel in Banda Aceh. (the only one 4-stars hotel in town)

I like the calm lobby. The evening buffet was also good. Some of the rooms need to be refurbished

This is the best hotel so far I see in Aceh.
I didn't reserve a room but a teacher check in this hotel.
The outlook in a high ground and the lobby is fact, look tidy and new.
A swimming poor is large enough for 20 to 30 people to use at a time.
They have a parking lot as week underground where car and motorbikes could park with no problem.
Wifi, not sure is free, inside the room.
But 8n the public area, free Wi-Fi is serves.
It is at the same level or even better than Hotel Pate.
But the outstanding reason maybe it is more close to the University of Syiah Kuala.

Swiming pool is the only one in town with a decent shower. Entrance fee to the swimming pool are quite pricey, 35k for children, 87k for adults/weekends. 1.5m and 30cm deep. In the afternoon there are swimming classes here. Kids menu available.

- For the price, it's supposed to be better.
- The bed are hard
- The wallpaper could be well fitted
