Then there is the cooking class with the kids, see see all the facilities that exist in this hotel and the last one is very fun for children is swimming. " I stayed for one night in room number 817. First, at 9.27 am there is someone ring the bell continously and then open my door without any permission only for ask of i have any laundry. Seriously??? Is it very important so u have to disturb me and breaking into my room like that???
30 April 2016The second and the worst is there is a cockroach in my bathroom!! I called the room service and said "there is a cockroach in my bathroom" then the receptionist (named puput) said "ok, we will clean it mom" without any gasp or sorry just like something that usually happened. So i said "oh, looks like u're getting used to it". Then i wait for 20minutes but the housekeeping hadn't coming yet, so i call the room service again, then she told me to wait. I wait for another 10 minutes and i call directly to housekeeping and he told me to wait for another 5 minutes. So after 35 minutes of waiting, the cleaning service came to my room and i asked him why it took so long. And he said that he just been told to came to my room. What a terrible service!!! Cockroach and need 35minutes to get rid of it without any gasp or sorry!!! "
