" Today I visited the Compass One Subway outlet (@8:26pm) that I usually go to about twice a month. I ordered 3 x 6-inch BBQ Chicken subs (meals). The guy preparing the sub put less than half the scoop of chicken in each sub. When I asked him to put proper quantity, he rudely refused to do so, and I didn't persist. However, after consuming the sub, I and other family members found it so unfulfilling (quantity much less than usual). I called the restaurant manager to complain. He told that they have directions from the management to reduce the quantity of chicken in the subs. He advised to give feedback online, and that's what I'm doing now.
I'm very disappointed and feel ripped off. Hope your management takes notice. "

" If you stick to the base sandwiches this is actually pretty cheap and good value (S$5.5 for one of the base sandwich with a drink) and one of the rare place to have fresh veggies in the heartland. However the fancier options are not worth it as the breads and meats are not very good quality. And all the breads taste pretty much the same and have the same soft texture. "

There were 2 ammmazing ladies. Thelly (got from the receipt) and another lady that I did not catch her name so sorry.
They were busy with a big delivery order at that time but served me so patiently, calmly and professionally. So organised. And they at the same time handled other walk ins concurrently.. awesome girls you have.

" Today I visited the Compass One Subway outlet (@8:26pm) that I usually go to about twice a month. I ordered 3 x 6-inch BBQ Chicken subs (meals). The guy preparing the sub put less than half the scoop of chicken in each sub. When I asked him to put proper quantity, he rudely refused to do so, and I didn't persist. However, after consuming the sub, I and other family members found it so unfulfilling (quantity much less than usual). I called the restaurant manager to complain. He told that they have directions from the management to reduce the quantity of chicken in the subs. He advised to give feedback online, and that's what I'm doing now.

I used to work at another outlet so i know for a fact this this standard is absolutely unacceptable, for the outlet to not be able to provide the selection that customers will request, furthermore the two more popular options (honey oat and parmesan oregano), in the middle of lunch service when business is supposed to be at its highest. absolutely disappointing. The so called "American Cheese" was actually just processed cheese you by at Fairprice or Cold Storage. Never Ever again will I buy food from Subway. The ingredients are all processed and not fresh.
