The waiting strip could do with a bit of air conditioning since not all areas are ventilated.
Tissues are missing from the toilet / restroom. Not even a hand dryer? So how are civilized customers supposed to dry their hands? Wiping it down ok their pants?
Could do better if they shared their Wi-Fi password once in awhile rather than hogging it to their own and playing crappy YouTube music video clips over the speakers.
