" ...the first time we lodging here, this hotel just build for 5 months. looks new, and clean. nice architecture ... lots of wood and natural stone. the service is also very friendly. and most importantly the price is relatively cheap for lodging around berastagi... "

" First impression when arrive was good as the architecture and decoration were good and warm... cooling place and you feel comfortable when u are inside. Room wise at acceptable level but sound insulation bit poor as you can hear the tv aound from room beside you. Room arrangement is like hotel style but lack of intercom. No fan or aircond inside the room. Window panel beside the door is way too close as you can just open the door from outside if your wide window open without lock.
12 April 2018This homestay should deserve for higher start if above taken care. "

" Plus : perfect for short vacay, green and quiet location, not too far from city to find food and stuffs. Clean bedsheet and nice shower.
01 March 2018Minus: no water heater, which is important if you're family with little children. However, the staff kindly help us with this problem. "

" This place is great with beautiful gardens and lobby. the room is not too big, enough for couples who want to explore brastagi. No closet, but there is a table that can be used to put your things. from inside the bathroom you can see the gardens of the local people. When I visited, this place is still in the development stage so I have not been able to order food. But they offered to help us to buy food outside. the service is good, and the staff is friendly "

" If you have a family or group of more than 10 avoid this place at all costs.
21 January 2018The owner specifically told us he DOESN'T want the hotel busy.
Lobby is beautiful, like a good 4 star hotel but when you get to the room it is more like dorms, with paper thin walls and no security (has a window next to door that you can open and gain access to any room).
If we paid 2-3 star prices for this place then it wouldn't matter so much but the price was in excess of 700k which is expensive for a North Sumatran hotel.
Better hotels in area that offer nicer rooms, cheaper price and friendlier management.
Oh, forgot to mention the common room is off limits when it's raining as they don't want to "dirty" the inside area.
Stay away, unless you are a couple with lots of money and don't value privacy. "
