" Paket sudah tiba di Balige sejak tgl 4 jam 07:37. Tapi sampai sekarang tgl 7, sore hari belum jg diantarkan ke penerima paket. Susah dihubungi, sekalinya bisa ditelpon cara bicaranya tidak pantas sekali, padahal dengar2 jabatan dia disana sbg SPV???? udh salah ngotot pulak, dia pulak yg tutup telpon. PARAHHHH!! Di Jakarta, Jawa J&T itu cepat tapi di Toba lamban sekali. Alasan kurirnya sakit, kalau sakit sampai berminggu2 jadi itu Paket saya tidak diantar gitu?? Tidak ada inisiatif sama sekali. Call center J&T nya jg sudah ditelpon berkali2 tapi tak ada tindakan jg. SANGAT-SANGAT BURUK!!! "
