" dulu saya penikmat gojek yg selain makan ditempat jg langganan pesan melalui aplikasi go-food (karena wktu itu mrka ada kerjasama sm aplikasi jadi free ongkir, alias cukup bayar pesanan saja). terus bbrp waktu blkgn ini store selalu close di aplikasi. orang orang pada nanyain kenapa, trs si admin jawab katanya pake go-mart aja bagi yg mau pesen, kata mereka aplikasi yg close itu lg diurus. kita mikirnya oh ngurus, berarti bentar lg buka lagi. eh ternyata setelah kita digantung dalam waktu yg cukup lama tiba tiba dia kabarin bahwa dia ga kerjasama lg sama go-food. kalo yg mau pesen bisa masukin alamat manual pake go-mart (seperti yg sy sebutkan diatas td, harganya lebih makal kalo pake go-mart krn per-km, beda dgn layanan free ongkir go-food). dgn ganti, dia mau majuin usaha delivery dia yg dr dulu udah ada, tapi kayaknya berkurang semenjak dia pake go-food free ongkir. oke sih bagi pengusaha. bagi konsumen jadi males. soalnya ongkirnya luar biasa narok harganya. kaya saya mgkn salah satu contoh dr temen temen yg kecewa krn mrka ga kerjasama lg. jadi skrg sy udh ga makan di sakurakita lg dan ga order lewat apapun itu, gojek ataupun lgsg di sakurakita. nah tp disaat kekecewaan udah mereda dan mau balik coba makan di tempat lagi. lagi lagi saya sbg konsumen dikecewakan krn pelayanan yg sungguh big no. lambat. mana semua pegawainya pada nyumput didapur semua, ngga ada yg standby didepan utk mastiin konsumennya kalo ada butuh apa apa dia ada. ngga. semuanya nyumput-_- oke skrg jadi tambah males makan disitu lagi. ditambah lg skrg udah banyak kompetitor tempat ngesushi di palembang. "
