" This is a budget hotel which is located the main road of Pekanbaru, Riau. Only a few options on the breakfast, so don't expect too much. Only one key is allowed to have per room, so think twice if you want to have a twin bed room here. Because the one key per room thing is annoying. No air conditioner provided ( I think ) within the elevator nor the hall. And not so many meals options within the hotel vicinity.

bathroom had hot/cold water, with limited amenities (toothbrush only)
Free Wifi was quite fast, avg 15-20Mbps
breakfast was below my expectation, they only provided fried rice, fried noodle, omelette, bread with jams, limited sliced fruit, hot/cold drinks and that's all
by 7AM fruits was already gone
If you only need room for sleep over near main road of Pekanbaru, this might be a fairly good choice, not great. "

" Bangunan baru tentu rasa kasurnya beda banget yah...oke, nyaman. Pelayanan dari front office udah bagus hanya saja follow up dari bagian lain kadang agak lambat. Sky loungenya harus ditelpon dua kali jika diminta melayani pengantaran minuman ke kamar. Kamar mandi juga oke, luas. Wifi kenceng. Makanan kurang variatif tapi sambal teri untuk nasi uduknya, bubur sumsum dan omelet mantap. Pelayanan juga ramah. Hanya saja parkir sempit dan untuk ukuran kamar superior dan harga publish 1jt (kalo promo masih sekitar 400an) furniturenya kalah dibanding hotel lain sekelasnya. "

The budget hotel offers Rp360k net without breakfast which is good deal for the location at downtown for savvy businessmen. The door security bar has fallen off the wall, first flaw observed in the room. Then the bathroom door has shifted down so it is cannot be locked. Shower is tainted with minerals from the water. When we showered, the water slightly overflown to the room, not too problematic, just cover it with towel. The hot water is inconsistent, feels like sea water, sometimes too hot, sometimes becomes colder.
This hotel would soon need a lot of renovation. Next to the hotel is two minimarkets : Seven Eleven and Indomaret. Across the street is iconic and vintage cafes, like Bakoel Koffie, Tjikini, Loteng, Kokoro. Cultural center Taman Ismail Marzuki, Planetarium, art galleries, used book store, concert halls, kineforum and art institute IKJ is within walking distance.
An antique and curio market Pasar Surabaya is nearby.
Iconic places nearby : XXI Metropole, the Hermitage hotel, Bunga Rampai resto and Loro Djonggrang resto. "

The staff are helpful and friendly and will also assist in organising a taxi in need. The room is modest but clean and well maintained. The free breakfast is adequate but obviously lacks variety. "
