bus to tune hotel klia 2 is ok, but when i want to back to tune hotel Lcct, i was inform the bus need to be pre book, if not i need to wait for next prebook customer. I arrive tune hotel klia2 at 10.15pm but receptionist tell me have to wait till 12am. So i have to spent RM35 taxi money back to hotel lcct. "

" Had a short 1 night stay here last week. Location wise, a bit far from the airport (KLIA2), understandably since this is nearby the old LCCT so don't expect to have access to pretty much everything. Though they have the Glasshouse cafe with decent menu and snack bar if you feel hungry at odd hours.
You can find the iron area, laundry area, tv area and prayer room on ground floor. Clean room where you can rest and sleep. They do provide towels. "

" Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. As commented vastly, location is 15 mins away from KLIA2. During my stay, haven't had problems with shuttle, smooth and punctual. Prices of snacks at lobby are considerably cheap for a hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly, eapecially the guy managing the cafe: Glasshouse cafe, deserves another star for his service. Might come again, worth for the price. "

" It is located near the old LCCT Airport, just around the corner of Post Malaysia office. Even though it is somewhat seems left behind in facilities compare to it's younger counterpart in KLIA2, the hotel is fairly managed and pretty decent for a short stay where you're planning just to have a place to rest your head. It is clean, safe and transport is provided to go to KLIA2.
The Restaurant is open in the morning providing a decent selection of menu.
It is however lacking in access and selections of shops compare to Tune Hotel KLIA2. Most of the time Guest who couldn't get a room at the Tune Hotel KLIA2 will be forwarded here. Compare to other options within the price range, this is the place that is closest to Airport. "

" DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Don't count on their shuttle service. I've been waiting with fifty people for four hours now. There is only one 9 person shuttle for the whole hotel. I would cancel but I cannot at this hotel even though they are the same chain. I looked at the reviews on here and thought that it would be alright, but I was very wrong. What a terrible hotel who puts it's guests in this awful position; obviously this is an on going problem. "

" I booked this hotel based on proximity to the airport. Don't make the same mistake. It's actually quite a long way from the airport terminal.

There is a shuttle, but why have a shuttle when it only runs every 2 hours? So it's actually pointless. I ended up taking a taxi there and back twice leaving it more expensive than staying at the other airport hotels, and waisting a lot of time.

It's in the middle of nowhere, but it does have a cafe who managed to take 20 minutes to make a sandwich, when I went in after the ten minutes they said it would take the three staff members were just yelling at each other rather than making any food.

A small room I can handle, these are tiny rooms. The door hits the bed better off staying anywhere else. Poor design, poor staff, poor location, bad value. "

" Room is basic and good AC with Wi-Fi(2decides available). No electric at 1am, so had to move to room, staffs are quite fast fie reaction. However it is far from airport which people looks for Tune hotel for close distance from airport. It takes 40RM by taxi from hotel to KLIA. Or take shuttle(every 2hours) to Tune at KLIA and go to KLIA2 then take train, not pleasant. Need to pay 10RM for gorvement tax upon arrival by cash or CC. New regulation from sep 2017. "

" Changed 3 rooms because of malfunctioning devices in the room. Water boiler is not provided and you'll have to walk down to underground for your dinner cup. it's quite a trouble especially when you just got off from a tiring flight with a tight budget on hand. Not a good experience. It fits for ppl who looking for a place to have a short rest. "

" Tiny room for a very reasonable price. This hotel is not close to the airport! It is like 15 - 20 km to KLIA. The shuttle service is only MYR5/ person but was already fully booked when we arrived. The only other way to the airport was by taxi which cost us MYR70! (40 for fare, 20 midnight surcharge, and 10 for optional tips) "

" Beware, for those of you booked a Tune Hotel adjacent to KL International Airport must note that there are two Tune Hotels branches within the airport's vicinity which are the older TH Sepang and the newer TH Klia2. The former is quite far from both klia1 and klia2 terminals and the only cheap and viable way to reach the terminal is via a dedicated shuttle to and from TH klia2 that departs every 2 hours. The room is smaller but the price is cheaper though if you don't mind the distance and logistics. "

" Pretty dirty and old decor. Found two huge cockroaches in the room. Room is tiny and feels like dorm. There's a window to the corridor that's hard to cover with the curtain. On the bright side, staff is good, the bed linen is clean and it's only 14 ringgit and 20 minutes away from the airport by uber. "

" I was at room 416 for 2 night ..when compared with other tune hotel this one is not upto standard.. door cannot be fully opened as it was touching the bed . other problem was ac had leak and the surface was wet in morning..WiFi connection which they charge u (12rm) was not shareable .we can only use it in one device..check out time is 11am .as an airport hotel they should provide flexible timing..this is of the main reason i disliked it..my flight was at night 10 pm and had to checkout by morning 11am and wait 12hrs in airport... if u have a connecting flight the next day its better to stay at airport itself than choosing tune at lcct.. "

" If a comfortable bed & bathroom are all you need, then this is the place for you. It's cheap, basic accommodation and under 10 minutes walk from the LCCT terminal. There isn't much room to move around the bed but then we were only there for a layover so it didn't bother us. "
