18 February 2018We visited your restaurant tonite but it wasn't the 1st time...but many times.We always enjoy the food and services before till tonite.
What went wrong
1) We arrived at the restaurant on time with reservation and wasn't greet at all and brought to our table.
We waited for nearly 10 mins till we ring the bell to ask the menu.We were in a pax of 8 but was given 4 menus and promised to return with more menu ( only came back with the menu another 10mins later)
2) When we were ready to order we ring the bell again.The staff came back and throw us a paper to write in our order.Wasnt that suppose to be given to us when the menu is given to us ( they have 2 chance )
3) Our dinner was serve on and off within 1 hr which the person serve earlier had finish eating and had to wait for the ones which is serve later.
4) All dinners set are not serve completely with some chawan mushi that serve later but after several reminder.
Some set are serve with cutlery and some not and nearly every set we have to ring or remind for cutlery.I thought this should be in the checklist before a dish is serve to customer...and all set which is serve are not known to staff of what they are serving.
I would conclude that all staff are not train at all but is just instructed to serve. However good the food is,if the mood is spoiled, the food would not taste good.
Would not return to this restaurant if such service level is continue. "

" We have come to this restaurant quite a number of time. The food is considered OK in muar standard but service is very lacking. Need to upgrade the staff to act efficiently. Food served also slow when more customers are around. "
