" I came here to get back my number, which is celcom's sistem accidently terminate it.. I call customer service first told about this matter, then they ask me to come here to take back my number. But unfortunately staff here refuse to help me. now what i've found is my number actually can get back. but the question is, why the staff here 100% refused to help me? "
