" Newly built hotel. Nice ambience. Good food for timika standard. But the service is super slow. Check in and check out process took 1.5hours each. Super wasting time. Should have improved their man power. Very pity for good building but not supported by good man power behind. "

" NEW HOTEL with BAD SERVICE
25 April 2018I stay in room 212, superior single bed type for 5 Nights, you know what the AC is broken, water are dripping, so when i woke up in the morning whole floor next to the door are WET and slippery, i said to front office to fix that AC and said of its still dripping i want another room, later when i came back from my activity, the AC still dripping, so i complain again and want to change room, one hour latter they said i can use another room but they give me A DOUBLE BED, not A SINGLE BED. ONE STAR ONLY FOR THIS HOTEL (they said because all supperior single room are booked). SORRY... "
