" I would say the best thing about this hotel has to be it's locality. It's so, so convenient to travel around places.. Bus stop is right opposite & MRT is 8min walk/just one bus stop.. one stop to Sentosa, USS.. 2-3 stops to Merlion park, MBS.. 1 stop to china town. 8$ to downtown if you're taking a cab.

Apart from these, hotel is beautiful.. breakfast doesn't have a big spread but food's tasty of what they have.. hotel is clean & maintained well.. staffs courteous..

All in all, it's a very good place to stay if you're planning to visit singapore.. "

" The bed too soft .. seems not suitable for some Asian tourists or maybe my suggestion is it s good for your management to think about to change the beds to some “medium soft” ones , at least that may probably be satisfied by more visitors.

" We liked the very friendly and helpful staff. The room comes with an own mobile with 4g internet, the room is spacious and nice. Mini bar drinks are free of charge and the breakfast was good.
Only the bathroom could have been a bit bigger.
Plenty of food options are closeby as well. "

" Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms are not a bad size and very modern. Loses two marks though. One for having zero facilities after 9.30. We wanted a drink to chill out at 9.35 but were refused even though the closing time was 10.30. National currency was offered to settle the bill and the exchange was 10% below the tourist rate. Very annoyed about that. Front of house staff were wonderdul though and extremely friendly. "

" An excellent boutique hotel with a good breakfast and service while having good access to all the major places to visit vis SMRT. Don't use the Handy phone though.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel with my partner. We stayed in the Canopy room and were not disappointed.

The room was large and clean and although it lacked a decent table where you could have breakfast in your room together, it was a great relaxing space.

Ny main criticism would be the room lighting which was on the other side of the room compared to the door which made getting in late a bit of a pain. You also had to decide between incredibly bright with all the main lights on, or quite dim just using the lamps.

Slight tweaks could really improve that.

I was thoroughly impressed that everyday they topped up the free drinks in the mini bar which included two fruit juices and two cans of coke/diet coke and of course bottles of water.
This was a really nice touch.

The staff were pleasant and helpful though I was a little bit disappointed that the kitchen staff were unwilling to provide me peeled, boiled eggs for breakfast. I am no stranger to peeling eggs but was a little bit surprised that it could not be done considering the calibre of the hotel and the food that they produced.

Breakfast was varied and of good quality and I would encourage people to eat there for dinner at least once as the food was varied and delicious.

Overall very impressed and would stay again. "

" Wangz Hotel is nicely "hidden" in the area of Tiong Bahru / Outram Park. I think many will miss the building, not knowing it's a hotel despite walking past it.
My spouse gotten us a suite for V Day - the room was nicely sized despite the boutique hotel status, but sadly the room was on the 2nd level. this made it possible for passerby along the street to look in if they looked up, so drawn curtains are a must.
what they could not provide in terms of luxury furnishing, they made up for service standards such as greeting you everything you return to the room. however I must say that the in room mini bar that came complimentary was a trifle too petty - could provide more or better drinks. nice experience but prob if you are looking for luxury, this place might miss the mark. "

" Everyone was cheerful and helpful, best staff ever! The receptionist Lily Kim was amazing! Because we were in our honeymoon, we got a very pleasant surprise!

The room was very spatious and clean, the bathroom worked flawlessly and the bed was insanely comfortable.

They have shuttles for lots of places, and went out of their way to get us to our next destination. And they also sell tickets for the Universal Park with 10% discount and a free gift!

The breakfast is totally worth it! Great selection of fruits, cheese, cereals and pastries. "
