" If I could pick zero star, I would. Unfriendly counter staff and they don’t even update you as to what you are supposed to do next (whether you need to wait for your name to be called etc). Waiting felt like forever eventhough the number of patients were less than 10. "

" Lousy front desk staff with no empathy for the sick. You can hear her tone changes immediately when she talks to patients. Chaotic scene with staff keep asking each other how to do a certain job. Doctor seen running in n out of room to tell staff how to charge for medication. Waited 30 mins and staff said they forgot to register me. Highly NOT recommended even if it's the one and only clinic open in Jurong. "
