TRaC stands for “Training, Recruitment and Consultation”, was established in Cairo, Egypt during the period of the “Arab Uprising” in the Middle East. The spirit of the revolution calling for freedom of expression, better lifestyle and environment, fair and better future for everyone, has inspired the founders of TRaC to participate in creating more opportunities for anyone who wishes to reach their dream to be “the best” in their work arena by being “on track”.

TRaC aims to provide a meeting point between employers who seeks qualified individuals to work in their organization and job-seekers who look for their dream job. In addition to a partner in growth for employers & job-seekers striving for success.

The TRaC website allows registered companies to publish their profile, post job vacancies, receive feedback on their posts, and managing their own page at ease.

While for the job-seeker, the registered member can create and update their resume, apply for available job vacancies and follow his/her progress.

Other essential information for both employers and job-seekers, such as tips to manage, grow, improve performance, and create a better work environment …etc., can also be found on the website and our other online channels (facebook profile & page).
