" Terrible haircut and experience.. Came down because of busy schedules ahead, asked for refund or at least some compensation (at least transportation cost?) but turned down completely with no effort to try to make things better. Sides overly trimmed, and fringe not tidied and left dangling. Pricey and lousy service, will never come back and recommend this to anyone. Better value elsewhere. "

" If you are looking for the perfect colour- Dawn is great! She did an amazing blond colour for me. Hair in great condition after. Very rare to find hair master in Asia who can deal with caucasian hair. The best experience so far.

" I am an indian and my hair is naturally wavy and i usually have it cut in layers. Given that all the women in Singapore seem to be have straight hair i was sure that getting a hair cut in Singapore would never be a good idea. To add to the challenge i had permed my hair last year and wanted to get a follow up maintenance perm done. Read up all possible reviews online and figured that Tony and Guy was possibly the most expensive but safe option.
18 April 2015I went there with extremely low expectations and preparing to pay a bomb. And my experience was downright amazing! Forget about forced up selling - the hair stylist actually suggested cutting my hair first and then discussing the idea of a perm because he felt the perm may not be necessary. Never heard a hair salon suggest something that would reduce their billing by 300++ SGD!
He did a really great job of cutting my hair and had done it so well that given it's wonderful shape and bounce i didn't need a perm after all!
I, then, opted to get highlights and yet again the hair stylist advised me that the color i had chosen would not be very visible on my dark black hair and might not be worth the investment!
I was amazed at the focus on relationship building rather than just selling. I paid SGD 76 for the haircut and walked away happy.
