" KLIA airport is so far...but the hotel has the shuttle very cheap to pick you up or send you to the airport only 5.30 RM. I REALLY RECOMMEND TO PICK THE UP AT THE AIRPORT ONE OTHERWISE YOU MUST PAY 44.20 RM like I did to get here by Taxi from KLIA 2 where the bus from the KL Sentral dropped me off.
The price and facilities is worthed. The staff is humble so far.
I stayed here so I don't have to rush for the airport at the next day. "

" The rooms are air conditioned but the rest of the hotel is not. This hotel is approximately 20 to 30mins away from the airport by taxi. Airport pick-up request must be submitted 48 hours before arrival time. Airport drop-off timings are only available up to 12pm. Hotel staffs not really helpful. A random guy near the hotel entrance will try to sell you a taxi at a higher price even though the hotel providing shuttle service. Alternatively, you can opt for private-hire car services if you need to travel elsewhere. The area is along the side of the highway in a set of about 5 buildings, there are very little choice for food and no entertainment within walking distance. Remember to have your meals and buy your stuffs at the airport before hotel check-in. "

" Front desk not friendly. Airport pick up need to inform one day earlier they said (used to stay nearby hotel and confirmed few hours early and had no problem). No basic necessities like toothbrush. Aircond not cold. Hard to get good sleep because can hear people chatting loudly outside. The only thing i admire is the lovely architecture. "

" An inexpensive hotel close to the airport with shuttles available for 5MR per person. Rooms are basic but clean. The front desk manager was very helpful. Lost a star because fixtures could use an upgrade and water was dripping. Would still recommend! "

" Bad experience staying at this hotel. The housekeeper mistakenly taken our own towel and couldn't find it upon checking out. When I lodged a complain at the front desk, they said they will inform the house keeping department and will courier it to me once it is found. Unfortunately, I haven't heard any news till now. I called up the hotel after few days, they said they will check and asked me to call back. I called again today & finally, the lost & found department asked me to email black and white to them. They stated that the courier charges will be borne by me as they are unsure about the actual scenario. What??? Anyway, this was my first time staying in this hotel and it will be my last time. "

" Big bed and good shower. But very noisy, the bathroom door slams very loud every time somebody is going (been in the dorm). Toilets bad maintained. Internet does not work at all. And there's an additional 'tourist' fee of 10rm per day, which is not included in the advertised price! Very poorly organized shuttle to the racetrack which costed more than uber. "

" This place used to be better. I've stayed here a few times but this last visit shows that the property is not well managed/maintained any longer. Wi-Fi is the worst provided in Malaysia and only in the lobby area, many mosquitoes in the dorm, spider webs everywhere in the dorm, price keeps going up and quality down. Receptionist was not nice either. I'm giving 3 stars for their airport shuttle service but you need to book 48 hours in advance! "

" Lousy!!! We book the shuttle at least 1 week ago but our flight was delayed and when we finally called the hotel they said we were the last 2 guests and will not send the shuttle. Totally irresponsible!!!
The TV in the room not working, the towels and the sheet all look quite aged cuz kinda yellow. The shower area has no door or shower curtain. Anyway except the lobby, totally unlike the photo on the website.
The other hotel near by might be around the same quality but most of them are much cheaper. "

" This was surprisingly a great experience. Had to sleep for a few hours while waiting for my flight. The bed was super comfy, place is absolutely clean. And they even serve mini buffet breakfast and the shutttle to the airport is only for RM 6. Keep in mind, if you take UBER it will cost you at least RM 35. This is definitely a super deal and highly recommend "

For a budget hotel, youniQ Hotel is a great place to stay (well, i've tried their dormitory room). The toilets and bathrooms are clean. Strong hot and cold water supply. With free breakfast, too.
The staff are warm and very accommodating. Try it and see it for yourself! "

You can reach the hotel by hotel shuttle, taxi, own car or uber. There is no access to walk from airport, it takes 10-15 minutes by car.

For pick up shuttle service you must first book less than 48 hours before your schedule in their website and it cost RM 5.30 per person. For airport drop off you can book at their receptionist when you check in.

I missed the shuttle pick service, so i used uber to go there. I spent RM 15 for it, it is cheaper than use a taxi that spent about RM 50-65.

The hotel room is large enough, the bathroom is larger than bedroom. Both bedroom and bathroom are very clean, everything works well, very comfortable stay there. "

" Stayed here October 2015 via online booking in expedia. Very nice hotel. Hues of purple and pink lights. Funny room numbers putted below, I kept looking up to find the room numbers at first. Check in procedure were superfast and easy, no need to ask for ID, phone numbers, proof receipt, etc. Just RM50 deposit for room key. I love the modern interior design and furnishing. Room is clean, aircond, heater, kettle, etc. are all functioning properly. Floor was carpeted, no smell (most important for me), and they let you bring your room key when you're going out (no need to pass it to the reception counter when you're going in/out). Location, 10-15 minutes from KLIA, towards Nilai. The surrounding facility is boring, just 2-3 indian restaurant nearby, which I didn't try so I wouldn't comment on it, and no 24-hours mart. I actually went to Nilai to find good food near Inti College there. So having own transport is a big convenience here. Nearby this hotel are Sky City Hotel, Sri Langit hotel, Bary Inn and City View Hotel. My price during my stay (weekday) was RM66.90 before tax and RM78.00 after tax. Overall it was worth the price, and if I stay here again in the future, I hope they maintain the property and service level well. "

They offer cheap transit to / from the airport and the track which was very helpful. The rooms don't look like on the pictures though.... "

Fast check-in and checkout. Very helpful receptionists who are available 24/7.

" Worst hotel ever. They charge you money for the hairdryer and for your children. The smallest room ever because I've never seen a hotel room that has a bed straight away when you enter. The shower button which lets you have your water hot and cold is opposite. There is no storage room. There is no hand soap or no toothbrushes or even shampoo, conditioner or even body wash provided! "
